In a million years this movie will never win an Oscar. The plot was too lame. But if you like a good old-fashioned slug fest with some newer age cinematography, then you're never gonna find a better flick. The most bad-*ahem* cast ever assembled (yes, including the first Predator film) with nothing but machismo, insane armaments (an auto-shotgun with a drum?!), and insane fight sequences. Sly Stallone gets tattooed by Mickey Rourke while sitting on a motorcycle. You will enjoy yourself, men. Women... well, this one's a guy flick, but if you like action movies, you will enjoy this too.

Lets face it, I mean when seeing this movie your going for a action packed, over the edge action movie, with really little or no plot. And its just that, a fe good one liners, and a Hot chic. A ton of ammo wasting, and just plan sillyness. Its good for the actions junkee, and not much for the chic flick..

The story line was all over the place and weak, but I didn't expect an intense thriller to make me think, I expected those tough dudes to blow up some stuff. There were some great action scenes and Statham was really the star of the whole film. He was kickin' butt and taking names. There weren't enough Jet Li scenes for me, but overall I was satisfied with the action. If you like explosions, you will love this movie. I counted at least 7-8 in the second to last scene. It was like watching the finale of a fireworks disply on the 4th of July...On steroids.

The Expendables is a hard-hitting action/thriller that is easily the best action film of the summer and can be considered the number one contender for the manliest movie ever made. A throat-slashing, elbow-dropping, grenade-throwing, trigger-pulling, and limb-dismembering good time. Stallone grabs you by the balls and doesn't let go for until the credits roll! Fathers, don't let your sons grow up without The Expendables because it is a must see this summer.

The time has finally come! I've been waiting to see this movie since the early part of 2009, over a year ago. However, I do have one minor disappointment...I just knew this movie would be longer than 2 hours. Man, it's only 1hr/43min. (1hr/43min?!) With all these action stars, we only get 1hr/43min? Each one needs at least three fight scenes, especially, Jet Li. Nonetheless, I am going tonight to see it, the 12mid show, preview!

I have not seen it yet but the previews look great! I love to see that Rocky is still making good action movies. With a cast that includes Stallone, Jet Li, Statham, The Terminator, Couture, and Terry Crews, come on that is cool! The remake Stallone made of the original Rambo was very well done, I would love to see Stallone in a Predators movie:) I' am seeing it ASAP!

This was an amazing movie! i can honestly say it was one of the most adventures, thrilling and good humored movie i have seen in a very long time (probably ever!) i highly recommend this to anyone who likes action, suspense and is looking to have a good time. it will keep you on edge till the very end and will definitely not disapoint.
