Well, not as good as last weeks Inception but I liked it. Not very heavy, changing back and forth as to who Salt is - somewhat predictable but still I liked it. Jolie is a very good actress though doubt someone her size with a bullet in her side could do what she did

very entertaining. action-packed. i would see a sequel if there was one! and basically as i described in the review title - it was pretty much a female version of bourne.
only reason i gave it 4 of 5 was because although there were some twists, it was still somewhat of a predictable, happy ending... similar to the bourne series i guess.

There, I said it! This movie is better than Inception. I read a few of the reviews and felt that I at least would not be wasting my money to see this one. So I was really surprised at how entertaining this movie was from start to finish. It's a RIDE, that keeps you on the edge of your seat with very few lull periods. Of course, Angelina Jolie is mesmerizing to watch and not just a pretty face; the action shots were convincing as well.
Best movie of the summer so far. Go see it!

Overall, the movie was good. It is fast paced, well acted, well produced, etc. But, the plot is way too far fetched. C'mon, Russian super-spy/sleeper agents who can take out every agent, soldier, etc. who get in their way? And, even though I like Angelina Jolie, she's about 100 lbs. and it is just ridiculous that she can outfight everyone and not be seriously injured by anyone. I know, I know . . . I'm supposed to suspend my disbelief because it's a movie, but, this was just a little beyond what I can manage. [No, I would not have found it more palatable if the lead actor was a man unless he was supposed to an Arnold Schwarznegger type terminator.] At any rate, if you are looking for largely mindless fun that will be a diversion for a couple hours, this is a good choice.

I became a confirmed fan when I found out how truly charming she is at a small dinner about refugees. I told her then that I would never miss one of her movies. Since then she has done "A Mighty Heart", "Wanted", "Changling" and "Salt". She is truly amazing and she can do anything.
This movie proves it. Amazing action, unanticipated plot twist upon plot twist, emotional range --- what more could a movie fan want? Oh yeah, a stunningly beautiful and talented star! This movie was far beyond any hopes or expectations I could have had.

If alll you want is stunts and action it is a great movie. Disappointing overall. Plot was pretty transparent. Jolie does great stunts, which was the focus of the film, thus precluding any challenges from the actors for having to rely on their talents as actors! I I would not recommend.
I would not usually choose to see a Jolie film. Other than her breakout role in Gia,I have been unimpressed with Jolie's talent as an actor. Most of the time she relies on sensationalistic plots, and stunts to sustain her reputation as an actor.
Went with my teens. They liked it.

Certainly not a bad movie - it was a lot of fun to watch the action sequences and follow Angelina on a Bourne-like chase up and down the east coast.
But at times, it was just a little bit too over-the-top for me. More than once I threw my hands up in exasperation over ridiculous plot points and surreal actions/decision-making.

I know those thin little arms and legs must be all muscle . . . her stunt abillity makes me wonder if she is half spider. Very good movie. I'm still on Team Anison but have a lot of respect for Angelina's talent. She was in darned near every scene.. she can certainly hold her own.

The movie wasn't a blockbuster, but it was definitely good. I say average because it was pretty predictable, but it was not a waste of money and it's a good time out.

Angelina Jolie has once again given us an action packed, on the edge of your seat thriller. This movie was amazing from the beginning to the end. I will get it once it comes to DVD, she is an accomplished actress and I really enjoyed watching her performance.
