I am a Twilight Saga Fan!! I have read all four books and by the time I was done reading them I was sad that I was finished. I thought to myself, no I am a part of their lives now, there has to be more.
I loved this movie, my husband and I went to see it together and he also loved it. Of course he loved the action, fighting. I am a hopeless romantic and I like the love. The jealousy of both men and the love they both have for Bella is very intense. If only in real life!
This movie is a must see for all Twilight Saga Fans.

Definitely an amazing movie and I would have to say the best of all three so far. The Action sequences were amazing, the love was passionate and the story-line held true to the book and series. However, my only critique was that I noticed more than a few times that it seemed that they were standing in or close to very sunny locations (ie. it seemed like a beautiful sunny day during the Police station scene outside while talking to Charlie… and yes Edward seemed to be in very close to the sun) however he (Edward) didn't spakle. Let me preface this by also saying, it was easily dismissed from your mind if you wanted it to be (Just me paying too much attention to details).
In summary, the settings were gorgeous as always, story rocks, acting was great, action was amazing, and the characters didn't look too pale like in New Moon.... All in all, as a Married Guy who took his wife to see a chick flick, it rocked. shhh

This installment is my favorite...it had the right balance of romance and action. The makeup and special effects were so much better than the second one. I loved the background stories and character development. Will definitely see again!

I love everything Twilight, so I was super excited about this moving. I loved Jacob's portrayal (and I'm team Edward.) However, I felt that ALOT of the Bella/Edward dialog (including bedroom scene) was left out, and that was very disappointing! Overall, good movie and the added action was a bonus.

This movie was great.It was highly addicting making no one in the theathre get up to use the restroom.Everyone was in the edge of their seats with exciment waiting forwhat was goin to happen next.A few parts were funny and all of them interesting.It's a great movie to watch and keep you interested until the closing credits.

I have never liked a movie after having read the book first. This is the one exception! Even after they the evacuated the theater at one of the most climactic moments (fire drill or something--we were allowed back in after about 40 minutes of waiting outside), the audience was still engaged in the action. I also felt that some scenes in the book were played out even better in the film, such as Bell's "talk" with her dad. Nicely done!

I thought too much of the love story got left out. We didn't see any of the parts about Bella sneaking down to La Push, the movie doesn't explain WHY Edward isn't mad after the kiss, and the whole part about Jacob getting the invitation and running off is left out. I liked the books because of the love story/triangle. This movie was more focused on the newborns and the fighting. Kind of disappointed.

The movie was really slow in a lot of sceens. Best part of the movie is the whole fight sceen between the newborn vamps and the Cullens/Wolves. The Twilight movies are fun to watch, but nowhere near how good the books really are. But then again, books have always been better. :)

Eclipse was absolutely amazing! A great mix of romance and action. The only thing that threw me off was the new Victoria.... not a big fan. She looked too sweet and innocent. Oh well... I loved the movie and I can't wait to see it again. November 2011 (Breaking Dawn) seems so far away.

Best of the 3 so far. I was left wanting more. I saw the movie 2 times opening day and I am ready to see it again. Man was this movie the best. It could have been longer and I wouldn't have minded. They did a great job putting in the important parts from the book. Some I would have liked to see but again amazing. Love the intensity of the movie. I can't wait for Breaking Dawn. :)

The closest to the book out of all the Twilight movies!!! I thought the acting was MUCH better and the actors did an excellent job of portraying the characters in the book. Hats off to all of them!!
My friends that saw the movie but did not read the books all thought it was slow and boring. My husband and a friend both said that it was the first of all the movies that made them feel like they were too old to be watching it. I completely disagree. I do however agree that there wasnt as much action as I thought there would be. There was a lot of romance and angst and I was completely ok with that.
Having said that, I thought this movie was FANTASTIC, the best out of the 3 so far.

I loved this movie. I am a BIG fan of the books and although I don't think the movies are nearly as good as the book, they did a great job with this one. It is the closest to sticking to the book of the 3 so far. I love the movies because I like to see how they adapt movie as much as they can to the book. DEFINITELY will watch again in the theaters and buy the DVD.

Definately worth going to see. It's really nice to see how the scenes play out on screen like they do in your head, when you read the book. The scene where Jacob is warming Bella in the tent and talking to Edward... that is exactly how the scene looked in my head when I was reading it. It's good to know the director read the book. My daughter and I, and her friends really enjoyed the movie. I'm sure we'll see it more than once.

Wow - This movie was great! I loved every minute of it, and couldn't peel my eyes off of the screen for fear of missing something! The only thing that could've made it better would been if the women behind us kept their mouths closed!

I really enjoyed the film. New Moon was a bit slow for me but Eclipse has a great fight scene between the "army" and the Cullen/ wolfpack. ( Even bored boyfriends would like) Melissa Rosenberg stay true the book.
The subtle undertones of girl power go through out the film as well and of course, Taylor was hot! But me of being a certain age can only " Sigh...Edward"

Just so well done, all the elements are there. Deep and abiding love, friendship, family and fabulous special effects. True to the book and what I loved about the movie, it reminds me that some things can be left to the imagination. Not everything has to be totally exploited. No vulgar language or torrid sex scenes, other movie moguls can take a few lessons here on how to tell a great story and entertain us without all the nonsense!
Absolutely loved it and can't wait for the next!

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson finally seemed to be comfortable in there own skin. It was amazing. The best part of the movie was the joking attitude Edward portrayed. He seemed so much more in to it. It was awesome. The worse part of the movies was the wig that Kristen wore. Couldn't they just put some hair extensions in? Taylor was just as comfortable on screen as usual and looking lovely as usual but never as good as Robert Pattinson. This movie had the best flow of all of them so far and it stayed the truest to the book. Good Job Summit Entertainment and to all involved in this movie. I didn't hear one single negative comment as I left a packed theater!!!!
