Out of all of the Saga, Eclipse has been the best one so far. Everything from the story line to the acting has become much better. As a fan of the books, i was beginning to worry about the movie Saga. However this one totally redeemed it. A must watch

Loved the books, and enjoyed the movies so far. I was nervous about the directors changing with each movie, but Eclipse by far is the better of the 3. Looking forward to Breaking Dawn 1 and 2 movies. I hope they do justice to the next 2 movies as they did with Eclipse. Just mad that I have to wait sooooo long!

The movie environment was good... other than the billion and one screaming 12 year olds... we got there almost and hour and a had in advance in order to find 13 seats together. My friends and I went as a whole group. A group of 8 guys and 5 girls.... between the ages of 18-19 ... we were definately some of the oldest people there and definately had the most guys in the theater. Every time a character was kissed or removed their shirt the girls all screamed which was a bit distracting from the movie... but the movie itself was good and i will buy it when it comes out on dvd. I think i will avoid going to another midnight showing, however. After the movie we were talking and none of us believed that it had been a 2+ hour movie... the movie pulled you in and time flew by. I recommend the movie to anyone that has read the books.. they are a good reviews/synopsis of the plot... but no where reach what the books do.

Last night, I saw Eclipse. It was amazing and had an equal balance of action and romance. For those Twi-hards who have read the book Eclipse (or 21 times, like me) can tell how much it actually stays to the book. The tent scene is pretty much verbatum. For most of the movie, it's actually what I imagined. It has plenty of both Edward (GO TEAM EDWARD!!!) and Jacob, to please both teams. It is almost as good as Twilight but that's my opinion. It is better than New Moon by far.

Great job. I never follow series and definetely dont try to go to movie with a bunch of hearttrobbing teenagers since I am30+yrs. Anyways, the movie rock. Much better than the last and cant wait for the next! Acting for Taylor was much better and of course Kristen and Robert were great as always. Yes, vote Robert! I hope they don't go to big budget for next movie, thats went movie get lame. I would like to see the movie directing seem raw and edgy, more astistic than big budget action and effects. Also keep the big actors out, it sort of ruins it. I really didn't care for Dakota, I like her roll last time and this time it just didnt work for me for some reason. She is a great actor just didn't work in this time around. I did feel the editing was a bit like a book you could tell when the chapters were getting split, more flow would be good. Over all great movie and looking forward to the next. PS my BF went and he loved it as well!

The movie was awesome. The addition of sarcasism and comedic insults made for more entertaining moments which made you giggle. Edward's and Jacob's family wereor round characters than flat in this film which made them much mor interesting. Definitely worth seeing the action sequences alone. The love triangle is even more intriguing than ever.

Some of the graphics looked a little too fake but in all the movie was awesome. Twilight fans would surely enjoy. The fight seen was action packed. And Edward looked ever so totally hot.

Love Love Love this movie when it was over I wanted go get another ticket to see it again. They really put you in the movie you feel like you are a part of it. I takes you in and you don't dare get up for a popcorn break it just keeps drawing you in and in. Loved the humor in this movie.

Just like the book, the movie draws you in. You don't know if you're in a theater or in the movie. The movie has lots of funny parts and a little more action than the New Moon. Loved it!

I did like the movie. It's hard to follow the books with so much detail. The days you took to read it with all the details in the book compacted into a 2 hour movie, really leaves you wanting more out of it. For people who have not read the books, it not a must to read them. You can see the movies and get the whole story and all the emotions (humor, love, action). The actors fit their roles well. Once you start with the Twilight Saga movies it's a must to see all of them. Great story.

Thought the acting was great ..critics are idiots, cast did a wonderful job, not thrilled with the editing and writing thou, thought it didnt flow as well as it could have been based closer to the book..overall a spectacular movie....can't wiat to see 10 more times and then buy the dvd and see a 1000 more times...

I probably should't have read the book (for the 3rd time) right before the movie. Of course you can't have everything from the book in the movie!! Overall, this was better than the first two movies. However, I think there should have been a little more empasis put on the emotional struggle for Bella. And there wasn't enough Edward or his reactions! I did like Charlie and Jacob the best. They made the movie funny. The worst part about the movie, Victoria. What a disappointment. She was supposed to be cunning and leathal. This girl was like an actress on her first gig! Not a great fit for such an important role in the movie. But, I will go back! Can't wait to see the next one.

Book readers will love this movie! It is pretty true to the book even including some of the back stories for Jasper and Rosalie. It had a better (different) feel from the others - great Job David Slade! I hope he directs Breaking Dawn!

The book was so much better than the movie.I think they changed to much. It could have used a lot more action. I found most parts of it boring. I really love this series and love the books but the movies are not even a close to half as good as the book. just disappointed with the movie. when ur paying 9.50 per ticket u expect the movie to be wonderful.

I love the fact that the movies stay closely related to the books. So if you read the books first, as I did, then you won't be disappointed. If not you still wont be disappointed. Even my 9 year old son loved this movie.

Eclipse was absolutely the best movie yet in the Twilight Saga. It was so intense. It really kept me on the edge of my seat. I was so in love with the tent scene with Edward, Bella and Jacob. Although I knew what was going to happen, I still thought Edward was going to KILL Jacob. Overall, it was a wonderful movie. I really enjoyed it. I can't wait for Breaking Dawn!

While the movie itself was good i couldn't get over the atrocious hair for Jasper and Alice. Both actors are beautiful people but it was hard for me to stay focused on anything they said with that hair. What i don't understand is that in the previous movies their hair was fine so why the change? I would have loved to take Jasper seriously when he was giving lessons on how to defeat a youngling, but alas i couldn't. all i could do was laugh. Other than that the movie was good. i hate when they add extra scenes into movies made from books. there is enough material to not do that, but i will allow it this time.

It has been done once again. Eclipse was romantic, action packed and funny all rolled into one. The acting was amazing and I felt that it was closer to the story line a little more this time too. My daughter had a great time cheering on Team Edward with me and it was so much fun. I definitely wanna get out there and see it again!

This movie was more like the book than the previous other 2. I took my daughter and her friend and I'm not sure if I liked it more or they did...great movie. the director/producer did a wonderful job with the making of the movie and the casting director also did a wonderful job getting the rest of the cast.

finally! this movie was the best of the saga (so far). a great mix of suspense, action, drama, and romance. the boys (pattinson + lautner) were amazing, but steward was a bit low key. i still believe her to be an incredibly talented actor. i especially loved seeing the cullens be bad-as$. go see this film, especially if you are a fan of the series, or any of the three leads.
