This movie was decent. It seemed choppy near the beginning, but finally hit its stride. I really enjoyed seeing Rob Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner grow into their roles. My favorite characters, though, were Charlie (played by Billy Burke) and Jasper (played by Jackson Rathbone). I've always loved the father/daughter moments between Charlie and Bella in the movies, and I was glad that Jasper actually got some meat to his part in this movie.
I thought whoever did Nikki Reed's makeup should've been shot, though: Her eyebrows were sculpted bigger than a lot of guys I've seen, and it made her look awful.

This movie was definately the best one so far.. it is pretty close to the book for those that read them so it does not disappoint like the twilight movie did. Definately recommend to anyone that is a fan!

Good rendition of 3rd installment. There was a lot of lull time and some instances of forced dialogue. Overall great time but don't sit in the front of the theater - you miss all the good fighting.

Read all four books, wanted to sit in the theater until the next 2 movies come out, I understand that "Breaking Dawn" will be a two-parter...
Who could resist, Jacob(don't have to put your shirt for me) and the look of love that Edward has for Bella, too bad true love like that is hard to find in the real world. Anybody out there know any great looking male vampires???

Eclipse was better than Twighlight and New Moon. There was a lot of action. Kirsten only seems to have one 'look' though, and it never changes. That just annoys me. I think Jacob should continue to persue her.

Movie flowed well, going from romantic scenes to action scenes in a natural flow. Overall "eclipse " was good entertainment. It is not likely to be a "best movie ever" candidate but was worth the money.

Even though some things weren't exactly like the book it still flowed nicely. If there is a part of the book you were looking forward to see in the movie I bet it is there. For me one of the parts I was looking forward to was the tent scene - and it was great. I am looking forward to Breaking Dawn coming out.

This movie was easily the best of the 3 so far, it has followed the book much closer than Twilight or New Moon did. I think it will satisfy most Twilight Saga fans, particularly the ones who have read the novels first. It will definitely satisfy fans of the first two films. There were a couple of things missing from the movie that were in the book, like Rosalie's desire for a baby, or the fact that she killed all of Royce's friends, only 2 guards (not 3) and then him. They did get her theatrical side down pat, so that was good. They didn't however show how Rosalie's record is almost as clean as Carlisle's in that she (like him) has never tasted human blood. But Carlisle has never killed a human, and Rosalie killed 7. They also still have not touched much on Alice's history with the insane asylum, which is disappointing and I would have liked to see more of Rosalie's discovery of Emmett. But they are getting better with adding more backstory. All in all, a good movie. :)

I knew that I would love the movie but I drug my husband to it and he went in it already with the mindset that he would hate it and in the end - he said it was actually pretty good, a well thought out story, and pretty suspenseful!! I absolutely loved it!

I think this is one of the best ones so far! It's interesting to watch Bella mature from a shy, nervous girl first falling in love to a young woman who knows what she wants and does what she needs to get it! The battle scenes were VERY well done! This movie was everything I could've hoped it would be!!!!! Wonderful Love Story and Epic Battle!

I have been waiting for this movie for some time and I was not disappointed. I have read the books and i am impressed at how the movies have portrayed the books. I have seen many movies made from books and have been very disappointed because either the ending has been changed or the whole story line. This is right on the money. I love a good love story and that is what this is, a young woman struggling to be who she wants to be or who she should be. I love the whole tortured lover thing between Edward and Bella, it is so Romeo and Juliet. There is a little more action in this one and some comedy between Edward and Jacob which i thinks is great. This is a great film and well worh the 2hrs.

Best part: Jacob and his abs, anything about the wolves. Their story and their history are so much more interesting than the vampires. Battle scenes were good too.
Worst part: Bella and Edward together - I fell asleep. They seem so uncomfortable together. And WHY can't Kristen Stewart look anyone in the eye in these movies? Ugh.
Will I see the next one? Of course. :) But I was disappointed in this one.

I am a fan of the Twilight books and movies...I really enjoyed this film. The film, like the books draws you in making you believe in vampires and wolves...Impressive acting, directing, make up and costumes...the sound track worked.....Highly recommend this film

Acting was really wonderful. Taylor Lautner was outstanding in this 3rd part to Twilight. The comedy was a surprising twist, and it was very well done. I could watch this 10 more times! If you loved the book, you will not be disappointed.

The movie was a lot like the book- especially the dialogue. I think that's what the other movies were missing. This is by far the BEST twilight movie of them all. I don't even know if the 4th movie could top this. It was perfect. Every scene was played out just the way it should be.

The movie was much better than New Moon and it has more action than expected. It was good to see how the battle will turn out between Team Edward and Team Jacob when the 4th movie in 2 parts will come out. It was good that they work together in this movie, but the next one will be a lot of fun and action. Everyone should go watch Eclipse because it is great and more action!
