Ok. I have started reading the Twilight books as a method to bond with my teenage daughter that lead me to really enjoying Saga's so when the movies started to come out I was in line with my teenage daughter along with other mother's and daughter's. I assume the movie was going to be great due to all of the action was really about to start happening, I assumed wrong. The movie left out alot of the major parts to me that were in the book and the fight scene was really short. I guess if you have never read the books then this movie would of been great. Disappointed

I did not enjoy New Moon very much, and I thought Eclipse was WAY better! I liked it almost as much as twilight, but I still feel like Robert Pattinson plays Edward so different from how he did in Twilight. I want Twilight's Edward back, I could feel his love for Bella so much in that movie. I thought Kristen Stewart was a much better Actress in this movie than the previous two. All in all, it was very good! I want to see it again!

IT was nice to get some background and watchth other characters develop as well.ANDthat it taught my daughter that alliances can be formed in time whn they need to be.Ididnt like the almosti ntimate scence being they know this is gered towards younger generation.

Seeing it with117 adoring teen fans may have biased my perspective...glad to see certain aspects weren't sacificed in the book-movie translation (books still better). Edward remains iconic for his insistence of virtue, and OVER protection of Bella--what girl wouldn't want someone to wait 100 years for them? Some of the lines were corny "I'm hotter than him", laughing to suspense anticipating the battles (more action this round). Dakota's depiction of Jane was right on! The special effects were still not at the caliber of most blockbusters (Each new they're getting better). A wonderful movie to start a million conversations with tweens to peers about LOVE (vs. lust). Guys it maybe mushy, still enough blood, battling & gore-Cullens while ice are a formidable family unit-proving "Love Bites" can be a plus!!

my girls were excited to finally go and watch the long awaited release of Eclipse, it was great. I personally liked how Jasper and Rosalie told their stories giving us a little background, but the girls enjoyed shirtless Jacob and of course Edward

been there done that and had the sexual tension for two guys at the same time, it really sucks and her having to wait for edward until their married really sucks and jacob woud light that fire in a heartbeat. loved the movie, just ended too soon, that 2 hours flies by really fast and you are left waiting again!

I would recommend this movie for all audition's.
I think how it had more action in it and how it kind of left a clif hanger trying to choose between jacob and edward.(even though she shows she loves edward) . but I caint wait to see the next one ! the only two problems i had was some younger teen's that couldnt control their mouths and that the movie left out a lot of detail than what to book has. but i guess you can only squeeze so much. but over all it was a great movie.!

I agree with another reviewer. The movie is one big buildup to a very short fight scene. I got really bored up until that point. The melodrama of Bella going back and forward between Edward and Jacob really wore thin in this one. The ending was really dull, I saw a couple of people walking out before the credits came.

I am a big Twlight fan, so it's no surprise that I loved the movie. I am getting a little tired of Bella. She has no clue of who she really wants. She is really a very confused girl, but overall the movie was good. I can't wait until Breaking Dawn comes out next year. This movie was much better than "New Moon". Eclipse had way more action scenes, and the story line was much more past pasted than the last one. I loved the fact the they gave the backgrounds of how Jasper and Rosaline became vampires. I would definitely go see this movie again, I highly recommend it!

If youre a fan of the books, you will LOVE the movie. this is a ROMANCE and DRAMA- Not an action film!
