Liked the movie but wasn't what I expected. I will buy it when it comes out so I can watch it again but really like when they focus more on the love triangle than on the fight. But all and all was good and will watch again.

To date this is the be movie in the Twilight Saga. This movie was more closely based on the book that all the others. The story line was excellent and the action was awesome. I liked that some of the Cullens who were not so prominent in the last movie got a chance to shine in this movie. I did not like the substitution for Victoria, but you can't have everything.

First off, I'm over 30 and not a fan. I went as a promise to a diehard fan, but even she was not impressed. The editor needs to be shot -- it's way too long. The wolves are so big, they're laughable. The acting is mediocore at best.
This will never win any awards. The moments of Pattinson and Stewart staring into eachothers eyes nearly made me fall asleep and made me want to pluck his eyebrows...
I was bored. I only hope I never promise to take someone to see any of the other ones.

This really was the best movie of the 3 so far. The acting and everything was much better...now I love the books and the movies, but I will never say these are the best movies or actors in the world. I am really really excited for the next 2 movies because I believe that they will continue getting better! Love Rob too!

i loved this movie! i loved the first 2, but this was the best so far. would have been so awesome in 3D!! can't wait to see how they split the 4th book. am very glad they are cuz one movie would not have done it justice.

The 3rd installment of the Twilight Series was awesome. I was really impressed how the writers and the director were able to stay close to the storyline of the novel, compared to the first 2 movies. I didn't like how they had replace Rachelle Lefevere (Victoria) with Bryce Dallas Howard. To me Bryce didn't seem that conniving or cunning like Rachelle, Bryce didn't portray the Victoria I know from the book series. But overall the movie is awesome, great action, dialogue, and comedy relief in the right places.

This was the best so far - loved the depth of each character included - it would have been easy to leave those things out but it added so much and kept the integrity of the books. Often so much is lost in book to movie but this one was very well done. Will see it again and will purchase the dvd when available. Can't wait for Breaking Dawn to get here.

Personally I loved the movie. It was very close to the books, which i am a huge fan of. It's great to see the characters brought to life on the screen. i think some of the connections didn't come through like the bond between Bella and Jacob, but you can only do so much with a screen play and two hours. The entire book cannot be put on the movie. I think it's the best movie in the series so far.

This was my favorite of the three. The film is very true to the book, and touches upon all the important scenes from the book. Nothing is left out. I Loved this film. The acting was great, the picture was great, and the soundtrack was incredible. I cannot wait for the next one. The Love story between Bella, Edward, and Jacob really shines in this one. The kiss between Jacob and Bella is the best kiss ever in any of these movies. I just hope it gets the credit it deserves.

Call me old fashioned but a great love story has a song. It gives emotional recognition and bonding everytime it's heard. It's one of the few things that New Moon and now Eclipse does not follow Stephenie Meyer's writing. They had a bella's lullaby in Twilight done by Carter Birdwell?? but in New Moon had another composer and now for Eclipse still another and Bella's Lullaby is not heard at all. I think in having many different theme's you weaken the emotional ties the audience has to the characters. Well, maybe not to the die hard twilighter but to the first time viewers. Anyway, although it seems like i don't like the movie that's not the case at all. I very much enjoyed it. I just want to make it better! W ouldn't you liked to have seen and heard Edward hum Bella's Lullaby to Bella in the tent scene? Thanks for listening.

Eclipse is a great movie--best in the series so far. If you read the books and like the series, then this is a great movie to see! It gets even more action-packed: more fighting and a little steamier affection scenes. Overall-very entertaining!
