I really enjoyed this movie!!! It was better than new moon and I like that movie as well. I am into the love triangle. A few parts of the movie are not the same as the book and the book explains in more detail in some areas but over all I loved the movie it was exciting! I have seen it a couple of time and I will see it again before it leaves the theater. If you enjoy love stories with a little fight see this movie!

Really liked the effects. Movie ofcoarse for a more younger adult audience, I still enjoyed it! Nothing against a couple kissing, but I think they did go overboard with the smooching.

Eclipse once again lived up to the hype. It always amazes me how they can take pare down such a great book into a 2 hour movie without losing the essence of the plot. Scenes between Bella and Edward were very tender, and the special effects of the battle scene were outstanding. Nothing was overdone, which kept the focus on the story itself. Another job well done!!

I broke down a few weeks ago and watched Twilight and New Moon. Enjoyed them so much I read the books. I am currently reading Eclipse and went to view the movie on Sunday, July 4th. I thought it was great. I laughed out loud at parts. I got anxious at the love parts. I liked they way the worked the engagement part and finally introduced some "real" teenage hormone items.
For being part of a series, its was enjoyable, entertaining and worth the price of a ticket. It is not Oscar material, but for entertainment, as what most movies are for, it was definately a winner. I recommend it.

Best movie of the books so far, but the bar was not set very high. In a book that heavily involved the Volturi, they are almost non-existent in the movie. Too bad because Dakota Fanning could be a bright spot as far as actors. Kristen Stewart brings no depth to her role. Despite her supposed real life romance with Robert Pattinson, their on-screen scenes lack chemistry. If you haven't read the books, the story is lost.

I really like vampire movies and t.v. shows. I went with a friend to see the first Twilight movie not expecting to like it much and finding it pretty girly, but I thought the story was actually itriguing. I especially liked the soundtrack of New Moon. Eclipse definitely shows the series maturing and having more depth; it also had some good action scenes.

i absolutely loved the movie..i was never into the whole vampire thing..but im so glad i got into twilight..i think the triangle between bella edward and jacob is 100% relatable..you absolutely fall in love with both edward and jacob in this film..i enjoyed getting a glimpse into how certain cullens became vampires..it was a great movie..and i absolutely cant wait to see breaking dawn!

David Slade did an amazing job bringing to life the vamps- both the good and bad ones! The eyes of the Cullens were the best yet.

I've read all the books more then I needed too, but I thought the director did an awesome job!! I know everyone is mad because they missed out on some other little stuff that should have been included in the movie, but the way the movie came out was awesome! The way the director portrayed how the vampires die was beyond what I could have imagined. This is how I pictured the movie to be and more. Kudos to the director and actors! They've all grown since the first movie and can't wait to see the last two movies.

Definately best of the 3 movies in the Twilight Saga. Better dialogue, acting, screen writing, story telling, action! Rob was much better in this movie and I actually started to pull for him and he didn't look too pale in most scenes. Awesome. Can't wait for the other 2!

Being a huge fan of the book, i was excited to see this movie above the other two. I can honestly say that Summit Entertainment is getting better and better as the story progresses. This one was so much better than the first, and even better than the second. I think they got the 'love triangle' angle just right, but I would have liked to see more...

This was the best so far. However, I wish they would make the scenes transition much smoother. Of course, the books are much more enjoyable. I was even able to talk my husband into going. He loved the action. Overall, I loved it!! I can't wait to see the last two. :-)

From book to film, this movie got butchered. A lot of the really important back stories got left out or were replaced with bland substitutes, one being the climax killer were Bella cuts her arm to distract Victoria (who wasn't even the same actress). Not sure why they keep changing directors either, the second one did a great job. I just think they dropped the ball on this one though. Hope the next one's better.
