This movie was Awesome! Saw it with my 12 year old daughter and she loved it too!!! I am going to read the first 3 books again, buy the DVD when it comes out and then read Breaking Dawn again before that comes out!!!

Ok so it was awesome of coarse, but it just wasn't long enough. Everyone has gone crazy reading these books that it holds alot of expectations for the movies. I will no doubt buy it when it comes out, but I really wish they would do something with Jasper in Breaking Dawn. Oh my god!!!!! His hair and the way he talks just gets on my nerves. Yes you need to see it if you like the books, but don't expect it to show it all!!!!!

The movie keeps true to the book. The actors bring to life the written story. The action scenes add fun to the serious problems for the characters. The movie flows smoothly. The locations for scenes add to the story and are beautiful visually.

Not as good as the 2nd. Hopefully in the next they will have better wigs and the acting won't be so corny. But still recommend the movie to any fan. I'm an Eward fan, but iloved Jacob's lines they were awesome!

I LOVED this movie!!!!! It was amazing! I was extrememly surprised at how well it followed the book. If you have read the books you will love this movie it is SO much better than Twilight and New Moon. I would tell everyone I know to go and see it if you have read the books because you will be impressed. Everything looked real, the wolves especially. But all of the special effects were great, it did not seem like at cartoon or a bad movie put together. This movie feels like a movie and not like the director was trying to make it real life. It feels like a movie. An AMAZING MOVIE!!! I love this movie and EVERYONE should see it!

Eclipse is so far the best out of the three twilight films. The action is well paced throught out the flim and that's becuase of (dir) Daivd Slade. If you had to watch one of these films, this would be the one to watch. It has a solid narrative, some beastly fight scenes and it doesn’t end as terribly as the last two. but in all go for it, 15 years from now we'll be laughing about this with each other :)

The Movie didn't move the story much further and was very much the same as all the other ones. It seemed as though they repeated the same scenes over and over, but changed the background setting. very boring the last two movies were much better movies. hope they decide not to do two more movies for the final book. One is fine, They need to get it over with.

This movie was Incredible, Perfect, it was beyond what I expected it to be. They made the book into a movie, as if the book was the actual script. Its a movie you will want to see multiple times to soak in all of the emotions.

I loved how they transformed the book into the movie. It was great and I loved the movie. My only critisism is that they swore at a few points in the movie. I felt it was unneccessary because it is not in the books and the previous two movies did not have swearing in them that I recall. It was just odd for the characters to all of a sudden curse. Other than that though I really enjoyed the movie and will probably see it again at the theatre:)

Best movie of the series so far! It was action packed, and of course there was the romance. The acting seemed to be a lot better this movie. There were still some cheesy parts but I think that's what makes the movies what they are. It stays really close to the book too. Overall it was a great movie that I would recommend to anyone!

For those who have read the book, there will be some major disappointments. The major problem with this movie is that it moved to fast. Blink and you've missed something. For a film of this magnitude, I think it would have been just fine with fans if they had made it a little longer. Also, I think because of that the acting seemed average. I doubt Ill be going back to see it for a second time.

Though the effects were better, I felt the way they rushed through everything was very annoying. There was so much missing that I couldn't relate to characters or the movie the way I expected. So many important details that made the book were left out. So many things put in that weren't part of the book. After waiting all day to watch it I will watch it once more and see if I feel differently, but since the feel in our theater was the same as mine I don't have much hope. Never seen so many people leave any movie so upset, let alone the fans if the twilight saga. Hope breaking dawn is done better

I was very surprised to see the movie was very similar to the book! I do believe in my own opinion the acting was good, but the character development was a bit different from the original stories. I really thought the movie was wonderful!

While I did like the movie, I felt like there were some serious details from the book that were overlooked. Viewers that have not read the books will be mislead by how scenes were handled. Bella's second kiss from Jacob was not entirely consentual and Jacob's motives weren't so pure as suggested in the movie. This made Edward's reaction seem really wimpy. If I had not read the book, I would have the wrong idea about this scene and a number of others. The other two movies did a good job of capturing the details from the books that truly helped frame the story, but I think "Eclipse" left too much out. I appreciated seeing Rosalie's and Jasper's human lives, those truly helped build the the story, but small details matter as well. Unless I just missed it, I didn't hear Edward mention that the charm OR ring were once his mother's. Let's face it, the special effects were fabulous, why lose points on the story?

I went to this movie with my sister whose almost 20 and I'm 23. We both enjoyed this movie a lot. I wouldn't really suggest taking a younger kid like 13 or younger to see this, it's kind of sexual. Overall great movie with a good plot line.

The movie was great, although i'm a huge fan of the books so I'm probably biased. A few things were changed from the book, which I wish had not been. All of the Cullens and Bella looked WAY better in this movie...(i.e., Bella had on a little makeup, Rosalie's hair and makeup was blended better, Jasper's hair looked more masculine than before when it had blonde highlights, Emmett's hair was FINALLY dyed black). The ring did not look like I expected. Overall, it was a great portrayal of the books and the acting was much better in this movie!

So much better than the first two movies! Thought they did a great job trying to sum up a book in two hours. However, I really wish they would have stuck to the book when it came to the fight scene between Edward and Victoria.

I looooved this movie. I think the acting was so much better and Jacob is so much sexier. The only negative thing I have to say is the movie seemed a bit rushed. It was like "Ok we're gonna do this scene, and now we're gonna do this one, and now this one!" I wish they would have followed the book a bit more, besides I wouldn't mind waiting another month or so if I knew the movie was going to be more correct. Still thumbs up though!

Fantastic job, although being a movie it couldn't be the book as we know, it kept very true and seemed to include all important scenes. Would have loved to see more but know that time limits have to cause cuts somewhere. Hoping there will be a directors cut on dvd. Must see, plenty of E & B, Cullens, and even mutts if you like them.
