I went to see the midnight showing with fam and friends, and i loved it, it def. kept me at the edge of my seat! i'm sooooooo both team edward and jacob!!! i didn't want the movie to end!!! :( cant wait for the next one!

Best book of the series= Best movie of the series! They finally nailed the make-up. The Cullen's eyeballs don't look like they're popping out of their heads (New Moon.) Everybody is just HOT! The wolves look much better than in New Moon; more complete. Can't wait to see it again!

This was the BEST Twilight Saga movie and it was one of the best movies i have ever seen. it is chock full of action, fantasy (duh!), and romance. Scenes were intense and it was almost better than the book! Every vital scene in the book was in this movie. Just best movie ever! And pretty easy to follow along if you haven't read the books, as long as you have seen Twilight, and New Moon. Just go see it, go pay the 10$ and you will not regret it, i'm going again soon and cannot wait to get the DVD.

We loved this movie we want to see it again and again. Me, my daughter & niece went to see the midnight premier and it was so worth the two hour wait. Theater couldve been better organized but the movie story line and drama is so by the book. some of the story line is different than the book but it is a movie worth seeing. Go see it in Theaters before DVD. The drama, comedy on some scences, is so right on with the books. This one is the best of the three I believe. Im on Edwards team I love Vampires. But the wolf pack has my girls. You got to see it go today.

Like I did! I had just reread the book before this came out (honestly because I could not remember anything that happened in the book) and that was a big mistake. This film butchered the book, the writing was bad and the acting was worse. The fight scene at the end was good, but too short. Thank you for giving Jasper speaking lines this go round, but still not enough to save the atrocity that was Eclipse. Charlie stole the show. Less bad dialogue next time! And fix the wolves!

The movie as its own was amazing. The script was a little odd in parts, seeming too much like they were acting, ya know? But for those who read the book, the director came up with things that don't quite follow the story line. But, I still think that the movie was very good and followed the book rather well. The things that were changed weren't dramatic things, so it isn't really a source of anger at all. The movie did well, and I cannot wait to see Breaking Dawn in November of 2011.

The movie was good, no doubt about it but it could have been better. Directionally and filmographicly speaking New Moon is the best of the saga so far. There were a lot of great scenes and lines that Twilight fans will miss from the books that didn't make an appearance in the film but there were also a few that were added by the screen writers that were really entertaining. What makes this movie somewhat difficult to watch are the many awkward moments. The camera is almost constantly zoomed in on Kristen Stewart's face. I could probably sketch out an exact replica of her teeth from seeing this movie. These close-ups were so close that I could see every pore of her face, they were just unneccesary. The other awkward momenta came from the scenes where Pattinson and Stewart are supposed to appear close and to have an easy, relaxed, yet still intense relationship. These scenes seemed forced and they both appeared uncomfortable nuzzling into each other. In the end, this is a must see movie but there may be some disappointment.

Best movie of the three. My daughter and I went to the midnight showing and we can definitely say that we are "team Jacob" all the way. The characters were moving, the effects were great, and I think I want to be friends with a wolf! Go see it!

Hands down the best of the Saga so far. Action, Drama, Love - everything. On top of everything, the movie follows the book the closest of any so far. It doesn't leave the reader feeling like they missed anything, but I also think it gives enough information that the non-reader would really enjoy the movie too.

I decided to see the midnight showing of this film, and I was delightfully happy that I did so. Although I had not seen New Moon's midnight show, I knew from the trailers and information about this film that it was going to be amazing. The film definitely was a close match up with the author's original novel, and the creators stuck to the plot. I enjoyed all the action and romance in this film and am looking forward to viewing the next and final film in the Twilight Saga. :)

way better acting than new moon. script while almost totally forgot the book. but was close. all the actors were bearable except that lautner guy. he can act and when he speaks it sounds like a sqeaking mouse. he's bearable if you remove some of his dialouge! no kissing he looks like a turtle!

Overall the movie was great - They did skip many good parts of the book but if they didn't we would be sitting there for over 3 hours. (which would be fine with me) The fight scene and the scene at the tent were great. They needed to introduce some of the newborns. If you read the book about Bree Tanner you understood the movie more.

The Twilight movies are getting progressively better, the first one was probably one of the worst movies I've ever seen, the second was slightly better but not by much and now the third is alot better. I hope by the 4th installments they'll get it right. but overall it was a good movie. that or I'm just getting used to the bad acting.

Sometimes when you read an excellent book and the movie comes out you are disappointed......well this is not one of those times. This movie was Awesome and it so lived up to the excellent book. Went to the premiere and think I may see it again, and again. At least until the DVD is released.
