The movie was good, no doubt about it but it could have been better. Directionally and filmographicly speaking New Moon is the best of the saga so far. There were a lot of great scenes and lines that Twilight fans will miss from the books that didn't make an appearance in the film but there were also a few that were added by the screen writers that were really entertaining. What makes this movie somewhat difficult to watch are the many awkward moments. The camera is almost constantly zoomed in on Kristen Stewart's face. I could probably sketch out an exact replica of her teeth from seeing this movie. These close-ups were so close that I could see every pore of her face, they were just unneccesary. The other awkward momenta came from the scenes where Pattinson and Stewart are supposed to appear close and to have an easy, relaxed, yet still intense relationship. These scenes seemed forced and they both appeared uncomfortable nuzzling into each other. In the end, this is a must see movie but there may be some disappointment.
