I'm not into the whole "Twilight" thing, but my friend is, so I suck it up! However, I'm finding that I totally LOVE these movies. I'm team Jacob, the werewolves are more intriguing to me. The vampires are a bit boring in my opinion...do something already! Loved the togetherness of both sides in this episode, the love triangle and Jacob evolving as a man. I'm ready for the next one!

I absolutely loved the movie and was grinning ear-to-ear the whole time. (Out of Stephenie Meyer's Twilight series, I loved the "Eclipse" novel the best). I loved the idea of vampires and wolves working together, and I think Director David Slade did a great job putting the highlights of this novel together onto the big screen. We got to see a little more of the storyline behind some of the characters, which is hard to do in a 2-hour movie versus a 629-page book. I definitely recommend this movie both to fans and non-fans of the novel series...I will definitely be going back to the theater to see it again!

I felt like the quality of Eclipse was so much better than the previous two. There were so many different elements and so much content that the previous two were missing. There was humor, action, romance and history. Wow! Can't wait to see it again. SOON!

I was worried when I went to go see Eclipse because (honestly) I loved Twilight but was not impressed by New Moon. Pls dont get me wrong.. I am a HUGE fan of the books so of course I was worried about Eclipse (its my 2nd fav of series) but my worries were put to rest. Melissa Rosenberg did a great job on the writing and David Slade did a great job is directing it. Of course Robert, Kristen and Taylor did a great job but it was nice to see a little more of the "Cullen Clan" and learn their back stories(if you hadn't read the books).
It had all the key pieces need to keep the story going and still kept some of the key scenes that we have grown to love. I was very happy when I left the theater and will be making plans to go see it again very soon.

I LOVED this movie!!! it was the best in the series so far. I was so surprised that all the major points in the book were captured. Sooo glad they gave the rest of the Cullens a more prominent role. Emmett and Jasper!!

If you've read the Twilight Saga, then you would've seen the differences, such as: the whole army thing was a tad bit different. But there weren't any major differences, overall I think this movie followed the books better than the first two; but I still would prefer the books over the movie. Would I see it again? Yes. Would I recommend it to a friend? Yes. I do, however, like how they portrayed Jacob/Jasper in this movie. I felt that in the past two movies they were lacking in character a little. Jaspers story did go the way I imagined-I liked to finally have a movie scene to relate it to rather tan just the thoughts in my head; the same goes with Rosalie's story. But I still think Jasper needs to show more emotion in the movie's, he still looks too stiff at times. I understand that he's a new vampire and that Bella's scent/blood makes him want to kill her constantly, but in the books it didn't seem like he was always so distant. Could be just me, I don't know. But like I said earlier, this is the best movie so far, but I still recommend that people read the books prior to seeing the movie.

This movie contained more of the emotional side of the book and the building drama. It leaves you anxious to see the next movie. I loved the colors of this film so much more than the last 2. I would have given this a 5 star - with no expectations of it winning an Oscar - but I could not.. The only criticism I can say is Jacob's voice sounds funny in the film - more boy like than ever and the one important part for Bella to do was significantly changed so it lost the dramatics and "awe" moment the book held for me. It's a go see definitely.

Eclipse was my favorite book of the series & the movie did not disappoint! it was awesome! people were cheering & everything in the audience! lol! movie was filled with a few background stories which were interesting & the action was great! seeing the wolves & vampires come together for bella's protection was amazing! :)

Much much better than the 2nd one. The action was thrilling and the love triangle wasn't too overdone. David Slade struck the right balance on this one, I think. Although it would have been nice to see some more of the vampire war and more of the Volturi. I also liked that this movie had a lot of funny dialogue. Go see it!

I had to see it opening day and I have to admit, it was an amazing movie. I woudn't even get up to use the restroom for fear of missing something. I would go back and see it again. Best movie yet.

This movie was a great addition to the Twilight Saga series. I absolutely loved the storyline. It didn't stray too far from the book, but was easy enough to understand for someone who hasn't read the books. Seeing the background stories on some of the Cullens was my favorite part. I will definitely be checking this movie out again while it's still in theaters.

This movie had it all! It kept the sweet close encounters between Bella and Edward, while simultaneously incorporating fantastic fight scenes. I love the Twilight series movies, but I expected the vampire fights to be a bit cheesy. This was not true. It was truly nail biting all the way through! To top it all, so many gorgeous actors to look at. This cast gets hotter and hotter every time around!

Twilight Eclispe was an excellent flim. As a GUY and somone who has read all four books with my wife I felt David Slade did an excellent job keeping to the books story line. The romance was just right (not to heavy and not to dorky) and the action was really intense. The battle was something that I always thought it would be, just one big brawl. My only thing is that it might be a little too intense for the younger twilight fans ( the 8-11 range). Overall kick ass movie and people who are fans will keep seeing all summer long and for poeple who havent seen a twilight movie yet, what are you waiting for, go see eclipse

Wonderfully planned script. Aside from a few obvious purposes why the werewolves always had jeans on after resuming their human form (thank you, by the way), the cast and crew did a fantastic job of creating a movie to help dive right into "Breaking Dawn."

It's hard to be worse than the original Twilight movie. New Moon was quite better; and, with Eclipse, David Slade did an outstanding job. The quality of direction and director is evident, especially in the acting - which has greatly improved. I can actually tolerate Kristen Stewart in this movie. :)

There were 7 of us last night watching this movie. We all loved it!!! It was action packed, romantic, left you wanting more!!!!! The love triangle was awesome!!! I'm Team Edward and my sister going into it was also but after watching it she became Team Jacob. Can't wait til next year to see Breaking Dawn!!!
