New Moon was even better than the first Twilight movie! I read all of the books and New Moon was my least favorite......but!----the movie was great! It was funny, and full of action! Everyone should see it!

I have all of the books and both soundtracks and I hoped that just like the books the movies would get better, I was not disappointed.My husband and kids went with me and my son and husband liked the wolf scenes the best. Not me I loved it all.

I though this was a pretty good movie. The action was great and the special effects for the werewolves was also pretty good. I was much better than the first Twilight movie.

I took my little sister to see New Moon yesterday. I had bought the tickets 2 months before the movie came out and i was a little worried that maybe i was just getting so excited for it and would be let down in the end. That was definitely not the case. I found New Moon to be everything i had hoped for. It seemed to me that New Moon had a little more comedy than Twilight had had. I am completely and totally ready for Eclipse to be out and i know my little sister is too.

If you haven't read the book, read it. Each book reaches a higher climax. The movie did the book justice. While the first one we're learning more about our characters and the attraction that draws them into love, New Moon reaches heights in protecting that love between Edward and Bella. Jacob and the wolf pack were awesome. And Victoria's character, although a small part both in the book and movie keeps you on the edge of your seat when she's confronted by the wolves. This movie was excellent and the ending could not have been more perfect.
Eclipse 2010, here I come!

For those who read the books first, I am sure we can all say that New Moon was far more dead on than Twilight was. Just like Twilight though, the movie was rushed which sucked...none the less great. Some of the things that happened in the movie were actually better than the way they happened in the book...but that was definitely few and far between. I was VERY disappointed in the scene where he left her...it did not capture the book at all. I didn't even cry! The book still makes me bawl every time!!! I only cried as the months went by...None the less a great movie! It is always awesoem to see your favorite books brought to life!!! This director did a MUCH better job!!!!

If you have read all the books then you will love the movie. Jacobs charactor was formed, along with the other werewolves, there was some comedy mostly by the humans, and the introduction of the Volturi was very good, including the fight scenes.
If you havent read the books then you could be disappointed. My daughter was slightly she hadnt read the books but left "Team Jacob". I do wish they had left more of the book in it like explanations why Jake doesnt wear alot of clothes etc. Other then that it was pretty good.

Go in with low expectations and you will be amazed! This movie is steps above the first movie, likely because of the new director and a much better soundtrack. The director did the best with what was there as far as the main actors are concerned. Some of the dialogue was a little hokey, but it goes with the books. This movie is VERY true to the book, actually. My husband and I both enjoyed it greatly.

Although I thought this movie was three times better than the first, sometimes I felt like the acting was something you would see from soap operas. Overall, it was intense and WAY more action...but personally I am still thirsting for more action, but then again it is only PG13.

As a huge fan of the books, and first movie it was torture waiting for this movie to be released, and now that it's here we can all celebrate the Awesome job they did making this movie. New moon is my least favorite book b/c I'm Team Edward, but the movie was great and made me feel the same way that i did while reading the book. They did a great job portraying the book which makes me extremely happy. Definitely watching it a couple more times in the theater!!

I am still swooning! Can't wait to go again! The first time I saw Edward I thought I was going to faint. They portray the vampires and werewolves so well. The Cullen's eyes are so beautiful and mesmorizing. I really am excited for Eclipse.
