I really liked New Moon! Taylor looked amazing! I thought the movie was kinda choppy though, it seemed like they were trying to fit so much content into a specific time frame. I just think maybe a little more filler to transition from one part to another would have helped to make the movie flow better. Can't wait for Eclipse!!

This movie was amazing! I loved every bit of it and the end leaves you begging for more! I can't wait for the next one to come out! The cast is great. Between the edge of your seat action and the raw sensual emotions between the characters, I couldn't have asked for a better film. I would pay to see it again!

So, I'm way over 16, but under 40. I've never read the books. This movie was entertaining and I would recommend for adults who don't have a teenage daughter to tow along...however, I would recommend this be a fun outing with some girlfriends. Special effects weren't bad (though at times a little cheesy) and the storyline is good. And, the werewolf is easy on the eyes...how old is he again?

This movie was much better than the first installment. It makes me wish they could go back and re-shoot the first movie all over again. I would go see it. And buy it.
Anyway - this was a good interpretation of the book. The acting was better - there were less cheesy lines and overall a fun movie.

As a fan of the books, I was deeply satisfied with this movie. This was my favorite book of the series, and the movie did not leave me wanting.
The movie as a stand-alone though was probably just another average movie. The acting did improve and the special effects were great. But the storyline moved along a little too fast. At some points it seemed a little choppy and they left thing hanging. I'm not even sure a person who had not read the books would understand what had just happened.
Also, it seemed that the there were still some of those over the top, seriously cheesy moments in this movie too. Not quite as many as Twilight, but they were still there. Overall, a great adaptation of the book, but an average overall movie.

I'm a huge fan of the books and was a little disappointed in the first movie. There was so much left out and changed, don't get me wrong I love the movie and watch it still, but I think it could have been much better. New Moon was done much better and stayed truer to the books, but it did feel rushed, we sat through 4 hours of Titanic and I would gladly do the same for all the Twilight movies or I would gladly pay to see 2 movies for each book. I really hope they consider that for the last book. It was my favorite.

I thought New Moon was very good. I can't wait for the next one to come out. Also i need to what the movie again to see it without crazy people screaming. Any way I liked it way better then Twilight. sorry but to me Twilight didn't really feel like a movie,and New Moon did. Very good movie.

I was ready to be disappointed, but this sequel is well worth the money and the hype! My only disappointment was due to the rude people in the theater who would not stop talking or texting! The love story between Bella and Edward continues and is awesome! My heart stopped one than once during the movie. The special effects are incredible.

This movie captures most of the book, which is great because having read the book, it was just how I imagined. It was brilliantly made, production and sound effects were awesome and realistic. Although there was less of Edward to see, Jacob's scene's made up for it. Taylor did an excellent job of portraying Jacob; the producers, writers & director did a perfect job to gearing this movie towards Team Jacob; after all, this was his shining moment. For those of you who did not read the book; do not expect romance, expect a new friendship and rivalry. Please READ the books, they're AMAZING!!!!!

I felt that all in involved in the making of "Twilight Saga: New Moon" hit the nail on the head! It was so much superior to Twilight. They moved through the book with such accuracy! I was thoroughly impressed with the romance between Jacob and Bella that developed -- so true to the book. Taylor is Jacob now! It's so awesome how these young actors have taken these characters and brought them to life for all their fans. The ending was so perfect -- I couldn't talk right after the credits!

I really loved how they stayed really true to the book.
Not only action packed, but emotion packed as well...draining, but necessary to really feel what the characters are all going through.
I've seen it twice so far, and will probably see it another several times before it leaves the theatres.
It is a MUST SEE!

This movie had some of the humor and light that was missing from the first film. The novels are not without some jokes now and then, the first film was humorless, dark and did nothing to endear Kristen Stewart to die hard novel fans. This time around Chris Weitz gives the audience several chuckle moments because even in the book they are ridiculous. You can love a film and still poke fun...that happened here. I was even impressed with Kristen Stewart this time around. I can begrudgingly see her as Bella and she actually smiled!

I am a mom who is a total fan of the books, read the whole series several times. The movie was great. I'm a total team Edward in the book, but team Jacob in the movie - wish there were more about Bella and Jacob's friendship and more on the terrible loss Bella felt, the book made me cry, the movie - not so much. Hated then ending. Can't wait for Eclipse!!!!

I loved the movie... what I could hear after all the girls stopped screaming. It was fun though... we even had a guy screaming for Bella.
I loved the movie... it's just nice to see the characters come to life from the book. I thought the movie could have been longer, it seemed a little rushed. I wished they would have kept Edwards make up the same as in Twilight... it seemed a little much.

Ok. So, I'll admit I saw Twilight before I read the book, so of course I thought it was good. Well, then I read all four books, and went to the New Moon midnight showing premiere, and was well a tad disappointed. I will admit that the parts that they had in the movie was with the book to a tee, I felt it was choppy and alot of key points was left out. I did not feel the compassion for Jacob in the movie that the book made me feel. With a bigger budget I expected better, all in all I would recommend it but wouldn't say I love it. And it's a shame because this was my favorite book of all four of them. I do hope however that Eclipse is a better movie than the book was.

Stewart still spends too much time with her mouth hanging open (though perhaps less than in the 1st), and Bella still needs slapping, but the slightly vacant look works for all the post-breakup depression. RPatz is still wooden - his interpretation of the marble statue-like quality of Meyer's vampires? - but his screen time is limited. In his absence, Lautner, still better at channeling the puppy than at bringing the wolf, has some very nice moments. He's even wearing a shirt in some of them. Supporting cast all-stars again include Burke (Charlie) and Kendrick (Jessica), with Sheen (Aro), Heyerdahl (Marcus), and Fanning (Jane) shaming the leads in their scant screen time.

New moon was awesome! It made my heart beat fast and i got SO into it. I have not read the books, so i can't tell you how much alike it was to the actual story. I could watch this movie a couple more times. The actors and actresses were great and so good looking. I couldn't decide who i was even rooting for between the wolves and vampires. It was amazing and would recommend this movie to anyone! Twilight is the stuff!!

I have been eagerly awaiting this movie, and after watching it, I am going to go out and buy the book so I can read it. I enjoyed Twilight, but this second movie actually draws me in and makes me want to see where each character is coming from. Great fun!

I saw this movie with my sister, my mom, my aunt, and my sister-in-law and brother. It was excelllent. I was not disappointed at all. I am a die hard fan of the books and movies. I felt that this movie stayed so much closer to the book than the 1st movie, and I thought the cliff hanger ending was excellent, definately left me wanting Eclipse to be released ASAP.
