I am a Twilight fan... I read all the books and absolutely loved them. I thought Twilight was a great movie. I was anxious to see New Moon. However, I was really disappointed in how it turned out. The movie did not keep my interest, I felt bored. I thought the movie was dragging and the acting was ridiculous. The times that the movie should be serious or emotional, I was laughing. It was honestly just making fun of the book. The only interesting part was Jacob shirtless and he's just a kid! I expected this movie to be much better and it disappointed me to see how ridiculously bad it was. The acting was very fake and stiff. Definitely not what I expected this movie to be.

Was happy that the movie was true to the book, I thought it was definately better than the first movie. The werewolves were pretty cool in the whole transformation process. Some bad acting in a few scenes, but overall I was happy with the movie.

This movie was so amazing! Way better than the first and definitely stuck closer to the book. The CGI wolves were amazing and the acting was much better. I would totally recommend this movie to others!

I found the movie to fairly accurate in comparrison to the book, but there was not enough movie to cover the book. It was like reading parts of the book at warp speed. Overall, it was a pretty good movie though.

Way better than the first one!! Followed the book way better than I expected and production was far better than the first. It is very obvious that this one had a much bigger budget

The movie was absolutely fantastic. I thought that they did a good job of following the book. This one was much more faithful to the book than the first one. Some of my favorites scenes got shortened, probably for time reasons. I just wish it had been longer.

Seeing the werewolves transform was awesome. I was most looking forward to seeing the Volturi, They were very well cast and were all awesome. They really casted Aro well and Dakota Fanning was a really good Jane.

THANK YOU KRISTEN STEWART! Kristen was absolutely on the mark every second she was on screen. "New Moon" had great special effects and the acting was so much better than the acting in "Twilight." Wouldn't have changed a thing. Can't wait for "Eclipse"!

Not only are the characters hott. But great actors/actresses. The movie is great. Very interesting and suspenseful. Cant wait for Eclipse. Hopefully itll be just as good as New Moon! Possibly even better! There are many great parts in the movie. Its not only funny but adventurous dramatic and sad. Terrifyingly great! I lovee itt.! <333

The first Twighlight movie was so boring to me i walked out of the theatre... New Moon was completely different! Its wasn't slow like the first part, it kept entertained throught the whole 2 hours! i hated Twighlight.. until i saw New Moon. And Taylors body... MMmmm!

I loved it execpt for the fact they left alot of dialoge out....Reading the book before seeing the movie defenetly makes the movie better because you know every part even if they dont put it in the movie. Basically I just wanted to see the movie to help me picture it better in my head....even though after seeing it what I pictured was correct for most part. If you havent seen New Moon you have to but I advise to read the book first.

This movie was absolutely amazing. Chris did a great job directing it and although I thought Twilight was good, New Moon was an awesome turn around and was definitly a lot more like the book. I love how these movies keep you on the edge and keep you wanting more. I didn't want it to end. And yes, this is a fantasy world and I hope all the girls realize this will never happen, but its nice to dream right? And The Twilight series definitly does that for us!! Definitly looking forward to eclipse coming out in June!!

This has more action. Period. Any fighting scenes were better than what happened with James in the first movie. The soundtrack wasn't as strong though, except Lykke Li's song, played in perfectly with the movie. There were a few lines that came off weird but there were more that had the whole theatre laughing. I love how the directors infuse the movie with humor you just don't see in the book. They def. built up the passion between Jake and Bella, and Rob Pattinson was great as always for the amount of time he spent on screen. I don't think they did as good of a job showing off the beauty of the location as well as last time.

The critics were right. "Long pauses interrupted by even longer pauses". Don't get me wrong the humor was good, but there is something bad about the fact that Dakota Fanning and the guy who played Aro were better in their 10 minute on screen appearance than the 3 main characters. Kristen, Rob and Taylor are great actors but for some reason they don't pull off this series. Sorry fans. One thumb up, one thumb down.

The second installment was sooo much better than the original. The story stay true to the book pretty well. A couple smaller parts were left out and only those who are true Twihards would notice. Overall, very well done and I wish this director could do all of the films!!!

It was exactly what I expected even though to me it seemed shorter than it really was because I was so into it! I loved how much it matched up with the book that it seemed as if I had already seen this movie! Staying up was definitely worth it as well as the 3 hr wait ;) Cant wait for ECLIPSE on june 30'10!

I haven't read any of the books from this series. I just took my teenage daughter who is fanatical about Twilight to see New Moon. I was expecting to sleep through it since the film began after midnight. but I was actually pulled right into it and enjoyed the time. The pace was always moving, unlike Twilight which I thought had some lulls. I found that the werewolf special effects were a little too cartoon-like for this caliber of film production, but I think overall that the film was beautifully made and would be enjoyed by more than the typical fan-base.
