I still can't believe that they made 3 really good movies! This was a very sweet and fun movie! As someone said before, this movie could stand alone as it's own story. This ties in the last two movies but then has its own story line of Andy going to college and growing up. As a parent, I had a hard time watching the ending without tearing up. It made me want to hold on to my young kids and not let go. Even my 4 year old was tearing up, so bring the tissues!

If you loved the Toy Story series, this is a must see! There are a lot of references to the previous movies so it may be a good idea to watch the first 2 again to brush up on your Toy Story memory.
There were a few parts that my 6 year old was a little bit scared but DEFINITELY kid-friendly and excellent for the adults that take them! I absolutely loved it.

Toy Story 3 was absolutely amazing! I can't recall a single part of the movie that I didn't like. However, I would recommend not seeing it in 3-D. There wasn't any interesting 3-D action, which was okay because the movie itself was great. Definitely entertaining for the whole family, not just children.

I saw this movie with my friends, and by the end we were all a mess. My friend cried through the whole movie just by knowing the fact that Andy was going to college and the toys needed to figure something out. A great movie. Its more focused on teenagers moving on to college or in high school years. Kids might not get the whole college part of the movie.

This movie was by far the best of the three movies. A worthwhile wait to see! The graphics were the standard quality Disney Digital 3D as to be expected. The movie picked right up to the plot immediately in the beginning and it closed on a touching moment. I wish I could say more about this movie other than it was funny, action packed, and fun for the entire family. There was a part in the movie that would probably scare a 2 year old, but for the most part it was very family orientated. I recommend this movie to anyone who has families and children 4 and up.

This was every bit as good as the previous two, perhaps better than Toy Story 2 I'd say but not sure better than the original. New characters didn't add much but the original characters we all know and love were fantastic. The only negative comment is that you should save your money for the 3D version - it adds very little if anything to the movie. Sure it looks cool but nothing amazing to say the least. (Minor Spoiler Alert Below) I cried. If you have kids who have grown up watching the first 2 on DVD the end may get to you - you will likely at least tear up if you have a heart.

It was well put together, and tied into the other two movies well as far as other characters go. It had a little too much of a serious side, but the funny parts made up for it. There was a lot of anticipation and suspense that made the movie more exciting and a little unpredictable. Overall it was a great movie that I would love to see again.

I went to the movie theater afraid it was going to be a kids movie and I would be stuck in the theater, watching a movie I couldn't stand but even seconds into the movie I knew that it was nothing like that. I grew up with Toy Story and in the fall, I start college. So to see Andy's struggle with letting go of his toys, or rather his childhood, hit right at home. The movie reinforces the idea that one is never too old to be a child, and uses simple humor and the same Toy Story pizzaz prevalent in the previous films. I highly recommend this movie to people of all age groups, though do advise viewers to watch the first two films before seeing this one as some of the subtle humor may be lost.

It is an excellent family movie film. My wife and I went thinking that the theater would be filled with only children. To our surprise you had more adults then kids. The animation is great, it had a great moral story to it that we adults and children can relate too. My wife cried towards the end of the movie. I highly recommend it. We will be going again to watch the move this weekend.

The movie was great as we all expected. I went with my husband and 19 year old son. They both wanted to see this movie; BADLY. My son and all his friends (19 years old) were so excited about Toy Story 3. That is amazing to me. The 3D was great as well. I can't imagine anyone not loving Toy Story.

I am a Disney fanatic, but as I began reading a couple of years ago that there was going to be a Toy Story 3, I was doubtful that they could do this justice. Was I wrong, and in a big way. Toy Story 3, especially in 3D like I saw it, is a great movie. The animation is excellent, it is fun for both the adults and the children, and is exactly what I hear John Lasseter constantly stress about movies - it is a great story. One warning for you sentimental adults(like us) that have kids that have grown up with Toy Story - bring the kleenex, it's a happy ending, but there will be tears.

Saw the 3D version and everything actually became part of the room. This movie was as wonderful as the first two. All characters being as they were meant to be portrayed as they were from the first movie and showing family staying together and sticking together in the toughest of times. The movie seemed a bit long. We went to the 3D version and at times, I was wondering.. what is 3D about this? It didn't have the cool effects that Alice in Wonderland had or that of Shrek. I took my 8 year old daughter and she liked it. Would I pay full movie prices to go see this now knowing what it was like? No. I will tell people to wait for the DVD. It definitely is a cute movie and worth seeing, but I just don't think it is worthy of going to the movie house to see it. I did not like the "evil baby" character. I realized it changed at the end but I thought that was a poor "toy" to be evil. It most likely will haunt kids in their sleep for sure. On a positive note, I loved the scene of Andy playing with the little girl when he gave her his toys. Very touching and I shed a tear or two! Good job on that scene!!

I wasn't sure how entertaining a "3" movie would be - this movie was not only amazing as the next chapter in Andy's life, it could also easily stand on its own. Just as everyone else my family eagerly anticipated the release of this movie - we were there opening night and we will be there again! I'm certain my kids will want to go back and see this one again and again.

Talking about saving the best for last! The story touched every human emotion, and brought back childhood memories of the connections we make with toys. "What happens to old toys?" and "How do they feel when they are replaced?" Unpredictable, happy, and, thrilling! You forget that they are toys! Very entertaining! I can't wait to own it on DVD.

The original toy story came out when I was a kid so I was more than happy to hear when Toy Story 3 was going to be made. One of my biggest concerns was that they would ruin the movie since so much time had past. The movie ended up being amazing! I laughed just about the whole way through (except the sad parts of course).
GO SEE THIS MOVIE!

Toys Story 3 was better than the first. The story was great and the writing was excellent. I have a high energy kid and it kept him engaged for the whole 2 hours. My girlfriend loved it and was crying at the end. It was a wonderful film.

We all loved it!! My 7 and 9 year old boys had a blast... and Mom did too!! I was a big fan of the first two movies which I have re-watched with the boys in anticipation of the release of Toy Story 3! Great for all ages!!

Toy Story 3 was a great movie in every way. It was well written, the voices were well delivered, especially slinky dog, he sounded just like Jim Varney. This movie tied in perfectly with the last two all the way through the movie. We watched the first and second movies before we went to refresh our memories and that really helped because the story line followed them both all the way throughout the 3rd movie. Go see this more than once, I am sure we will notice more in this movie that we may not have noticed the first time. They had so many little excerpts stuck in everywhere. Great for all ages and very enjoyable for adults unlike so many other kid movies we are stuck sitting through with our kids. Wonderful all around.
