It tried really hard to be unpredictable, but not sure that was the case. But still a good movie - not great, but good. And Clooney was outstanding as always, very solid cast.
I've heard too many times that this is as funny or funnier than the first - WRONG. Certainly I realize it's opinion and subjective but no way any intelligent person can call this as funny as the first one. But, it is funny. The humor gets more crude but is not as frequently catch my breath laugh inducing as the original - in fact I only laughed that hard once - nor is it as innovative as the first in terms of humor. But again, this is a funny movie and worth seeing.
Ferris Bueller said it best....life moves pretty fast, if you don't stop and look around once in a while you might miss. The same can be said for The Social Network. It moves fast. The dialog is outstanding (love Aaron Sorkin!!) but at times it's fast. However, this is still an excellent movie and a must see if you're a fan of Aaron Sorkin. But you will enjoy this movie even if not a fan and you certainly don't need to be a Facebook user to enjoy it.
This was every bit as good as the previous two, perhaps better than Toy Story 2 I'd say but not sure better than the original. New characters didn't add much but the original characters we all know and love were fantastic. The only negative comment is that you should save your money for the 3D version - it adds very little if anything to the movie. Sure it looks cool but nothing amazing to say the least. (Minor Spoiler Alert Below) I cried. If you have kids who have grown up watching the first 2 on DVD the end may get to you - you will likely at least tear up if you have a heart.
Very cute movie - the classic romantic comedy, nothing ground breaking in the genre for sure but still entertaining. Certainly predictable unless this is the first romantic comedy you've ever seen however if you know this going in this movie delivers a delightful story and Amy Adams is absolutely adorable.
Outstanding movie, one of the best I've seen in a while. Still not entirely sure when Tim McGraw became an actor - or thinks he became one - but his meager performance doesn't detract from an otherwise wonderful story. There were some side stories that could have been explored more but the focus on the main story was probably necessary.
Quirky little movie, had a few decent moments. I spent the entire movie waiting for the big twist or a big payoff in the end with something I wasn't expecting. It never came. It just stayed mediocre throughout and then it ended.
