My husband and I laughed all the way through this movie except at the end where we both were teary eyed. The clever details throughout this movie make it one of those you need to watch again just to try and catch everything. This movie might be a little too intense for the very young. The scenes at the dump were scary even for us and we knew this was "just" a cartoon. From the first scenes we were totally immersed in the lives of Andy and the toys. Not until the movie was over and we left the theater did we realize that the theater had been freezing cold. I haven't been that caught up in a movie, let alone an animated movie, in years.

I really enjoyed this movie. My son grew up alongside Andy, and is now also ready for college, so that added another dimension (and box of Kleenex) for me. HOWEVER: the 3-D effects are limited and not worth the inflated ticket price.

This was a great movie. My 21 and 16 year old daughters loved it. I admit that I cried at the end when Andy said goodbye to his toys; but at least they had a good home. The movie definitely pulled at the heartstrings of all parents of older children. I'm not sure that the 3-D effect was really needed; but the movie was great fun for all.

my kids are grown now but we watched the other movies and owned them at some point (I think we just donated the VHS copies) but I went to a Saturday morning show and thought it was the best one of the 3 (and the other 2 were great, too!) It almost made me cry but ended on a great happy note. I loved it and think everyone should see it, too!

I have waited years for this one. My kids used to dream about a Toy Story 3 when they are little. We all went together. This time, they took Toy Story to new heights! Andy is getting ready for college and the gang of toys gets side tracked from where they were supposed to go and are accidentally taken to a daycare center. Separation, misunderstandings, true friends and enemies revealed. There is so much action, I want to see it a few more times. In the end, there are laughs and tears and great things for the kids and great things for us adults. Keep an eye out for lots of toys from other Pixar movies. Don't miss this one. We saw it in 3-D and it was really good 3-D. Not the old fashioned kind where they are throwing things at the camera, just high quality technology.

I would honestly say that this film should be up for BEST PICTURE of 2010. I was truly amazed at the quality of the story especially the emotion of the "incinerator" scene and the final scene with Andy and the little girl. Awesome, awesome, awesome.

Awsome sequel, I took my grandsons, 11 and 6 to see this highly anticipated movie and it definitely lived up to the hype. A friend told me her six year old cried at the claw during the dump scene, but we were more fearful. As the toys moved from one prediciment to another barely escaping doom. The toys definitely had a hand in their destiny. My six year old grandson and I cried at the ending and he felt the movie was sad, but I felt it had a truly happy ending that the toys deserved. I felt the movie had a message that we all control our destiny and our choices decide what the outcome will be. This action packed movies is well worth the money spent in seeing it.

We took some out-of-state family to see this in 3D. We ALL loved it and thought it was probably the best Toy Story yet. I didn't notice 3D so much, but it did enhance the movie. I don't think you'd miss all that much by seeing it in 2D. Wonderful movie!

My wife, son and I have been Toy Story fans from the beginning. The first two were my son's favorite movies when he was 2 and 3. I really liked this movie. I think it did an excellent job at closing the story and the ending was a four tissue affair. The only quibble I have is the 3-D. I didn't really see a difference in this case. Absolutely go see this movie, it's awesome!

Best "Toy Story" yet! As a Mom of a college student I can relate to Andy's leaving home, and the dilemma of what to do with his favorite childhood belongings. I viewed the film in 3D, however didn't notice much of a difference, especially compared to the 3D effects of Avatar.

I absolutely loved it. I was very impressed by the animation, as well as the toys' personalities. Was into the story the entire time.

this is a great continuation of the toy story saga. there is a little trouble and darkness midstory, and some very sad moments, but all is well that ends well, and it ends very well indeed. we did see it in 3D, and that was a great enhancement to the story as well.
