This movie is amazing! It definitely exceeded my expectations. In fact, I think it is a far superior movie to the first Transformers. The actions scenes were breathtaking, the one-liners kept me laughing and I was on the edge of my seat up until the very end.

I was worried that I wouldn't like it as well as the first (which I LOVED). But I was wrong! It was every bit as good as the first one. I LOVED it!!!!! My two boys loved it as well. You have every emotion possible when watching this movie. Best movie ever!!!

All I can say is that this movie blew the 1st one out of the water... It was money well spent... I won't spoil it by telling anyone about the movie but its good from the begining all the way through the end... I can't wait to see what else they are going to do with the 3rd one... This is supposed to be an action flick. Why do these producers insist on always throwing in some cheesy horrible actress who pumps collagen into her lips and always runs around with her t1t$ hanging half out no matter where she is? What a joke. Did they miss the clue that she couldn't act for cr@p in the first movie? I watch these movies knowing that they're fiction, hoping that they will take me away for 2.5 hours. Just one look at her face spoils everything, why so fake? Plot was great, wish they would have given us more time with the history so we could understand the relationship regarding the primes.

U know ur a HUGE fan of transformers when Optimus comes on screen and it feels like he's an old friend. This movie kept me on the edge of my seat the entire movie! It will also be a bit of a tear jerker at parts if you cry easily! Go see this movie, you wont regret it!

Despite critics reviews, who are just a bunch of people who need something to complain about, I thought this was a pretty good follow-up to the first film. Is every aspect going to appeal to everyone? Probably not....does it have it's down parts? Sure...name one movie where you didn't sit and say 'I would've done this, or wish they would've done that'....it's a movie about transforming robots fighting, it's not Ghandi, or Gone With the Wind....If you want to see an action movie that's over the top and remember what it was like to watch the cartoon's as a kid (Dinobots anyone?) then go see it and enjoy!!!

This movie was as or better than the first.  I loved how this movie was filled with action packed, edge of your seat scenes. While the sound effects and graphics were Excellent , I was Extremely disappointed in the way this movie took on a vulgar twist.  There was Way too much, dog/robot humping, bad language, and a crazy mother to deal with. I wish they would have left that out and concentrated more on the military men ( who survived the battle?)

The cgi software is much improved but Michael Bay then goes overboard with it. The movie is 30 minutes too long and doesn't have much in the way of a story line. It does have some bigger laughs, but the humor is not little kid friendly. Darker than the first and even better than the first, but still not a "great" movie.

I enjoyed the movie. There is a lot of action and a plot. I thought the action was at times blurred by the speed. A lot of colors to keep you amused. I would have enjoyed more of the original characters, ie. bumble bee, but overall worth your time to view.

This movie was exciting from beginning to end. Lots of action sequences and plenty of information to take in. The addition of the new characters in this film make it lively and comedic, while the existence of the familiar characters make it heartfelt in some scenes. My ten year old son and I both enjoyed this movie, and we have already recommended it to others!

I thought that this was an entertaining sequel to the first Transformers movie. The CG animations were absolutely dazzling, the Autobots and Decepticons were quite realistic. Definitely worth a watch.

My 7 year old son and I thoroughly enjoyed what was a fairly fast paced movie. There were campy moments, predictable moments, but the CG craftsmanship was extraordinary, the story felt like an adventure, and the characters were compelling. We were both satisfied. My son looked at me as the ending credits rolled and said, "Dad can we buy the DVD?"

I didn't think it possible, but the sequel outshined the first movie by far. The robots were awesome, the effects were kick butt and the storyline was great. GO SEE IT. One of the best movies I have seen in a while.

The movie was fantastic. It had a lot of adult humor, and a few words that are not good for the little ones. There were a few parts where you couldn't understand where they got the flashlights, for example, or how the original bad robot in the first movie, which they broke into pieces and dumped him in the ocean, somehow magically was in one piece in this movie. There were also a lot of robots, which can be good and bad depending on if you like computer-created characters. But aside from the little details, it was a good movie. It was very action-packed, funny, and entertaining, and I would recommend it to anyone that wanted a good night out!

Great movie, wasn't ready for my kids to hear the autobots swear. I would say equally as good as the first, liked that they brought a little more personality to some of the new characters. The girl/decepticon was a little overboard. Overall good for the whole family, especially us 80's kids.
