All I can say is that I LOVED IT. I think I was talking more during the movie than my 12 yr old son was. He was getting annoyed!! The only thing I would have loved even more to see is if BumbleBee had actually received a voice.Optimus Prime is the MAN!! My heart sang when he died and I thought there was no way Optimus the main man could not see this all the way through... All I can say is that my children and I love it all, from begining to the very end.. The college chick was kinda freaky, but loved that part too... Will definitely purchase this one when it comes out!!

I thought it was pretty good but why the f@# did they have to make it into a love story! It's not a love story. Other then a few times of slow sleepy moments the movie was great.

The movie was so totally awesome! Even though it was 2-1/2 hours long, with all the action happening, you didn't notice. My kids were excited from beginning to end! There were a few profanities used that ,of course, caught my kids' attention, but other than that, my family was entertained to the fullest!!!

OK, special affects nice, but this thing was all over the map. Why did Fox's lipstick/gloss keep disappearing and reapplying during their trek across the dessert. Why did everyone in the college campus look like 25 year old Abercrombie models? cheap laughs for 10 year olds (although the trailer park couple next to me was howling). was there anything about the plot that was unpredictable besides guessing how many time's they would show Fox's breasts bouncing around during the chase scene?
No, I do not recommend this movie.

This movie was well worth the 2 year wait! It's got wall to wall action that the first installment lacked. Congrats to Shia LaBeouf, Megan Fox, Michael Bay and the rest of the cast and crew for making a sequel that in my eyes surpasses the original in every way. I might see it 2, 3 maybe 4 times more.

I really enjoyed the movie. It was long, but didn't drag. I was afraid that it would turn into series of fight scenes punctuated with slight humor, but it surprised me. There was lots of action, but it didn't overshadow the plotline.

The movie was not a let down. From begining to end it had action packed, Megan Fox on a motorcycle and ofcourse the adorable Shia LaBeouf. Theres an added character who brought funny scenes and lol moments. In true Michael bay style theres a never ending huge explosions and dramatic slow motion scenes. The story was great and theres more transformers dukin it out! Never a dull moment. Although...maybe less Tyrese next time? Great to look at but not for acting. This movie was awsome!

I enjoyed the movie. There were a few scenes that made me laugh.
I found myself about an hour & 45 mins into the movie wondering when it was going to end. I was getting bored of the constant combat scenes & fighting scenes and wondered where the plot was going.
If you enjoy a movie with a lot of action, a lot of combat, and a lot of explosions, then you'll enjoy this movie. But, if you're looking for a movie with SOME substance to it, you might find this movie just another average summer action flick.
I would recommend this movie just from some of the funny scenes. But as far as plots go, this is a big yawner.

I would not recommend it to someone who has kids under 15.
The second half of the movie was much more appropirate for kids than the first half. There were many sections that were really not necessary in the first half of the movie. There could have been more kid friendly ways of coming across with the theme in the first half than what they did. The dog sections served no useful purpose to the story line what so ever.
The second half was kicken.

I went and saw it with a bunch of my friends at midnight. It was worth. It was impossible to fall asleep during this movie. It had a lot more action than the first one and some humor to go along with it. Michael Bay really out did himself with this one. This movie is pretty much 2.5 hours of nonstop mind blowing special effects and action. Optimus Prime was amazing!!! The new cars are also cool. I'm definitely going to see it again. One more thing, Megan Fox is banging.

The action in this movie keeps you riveted and wanting more. Although the movie as a whole is great, there are a few lines and scenes in the movie that are not necessary and more so, inappropriate for younger viewers. This movie kept me on the edge of my seat. The creativity and excellent CGI for the various Autobots and Decepticons was top notch. Unfortunately, there were numerous inappropriate situations, uses of off-color language and crude actions that were completely unnecessary from a storyline perspective and in my opinion actually detracted from the movie. The movie would have been just as good if these things were left out. But, the movie does have a PG-13 rating, so you're going to find that kind of stuff.
Overall, very well done, if you can overlook the "artistic license" taken to get landmarks that were nowhere near each other into the same location. As long as you realize it is fiction, it’s OK.
Definitely worth seeing more than once!

The latest Transformers movie is pretty much what you would expect from a Michael Bay film. The ante has been up'ed from the first movie with an even heavier dose of action. There are more large scale explosions and also an endless array of CG action sequences. The movie is pretty funny at times, although the humor in my opinion surpasses the PG-13 rating. The story is coherent, although as with any movie of this sort, it does require an imagination. There are corny scenes at times and the movie does run a bit long, (2.5 hrs), but altogether it is an enjoyable film.
