It's my opinion that this movie, Transformers: Revenge og the Fallen, was phenomenal. The visual effects were intense and the story flowed well. However, I do caution the parents of small children because there is quite a bit of strong language throughout the movie. This movie is geared more to the older teens and above crowd due to the violence. I still give this movie two thumbs WAY up. I think it's even better than the first Transformers.

I didn't see the first movie, my son saw it with his father. I took my almost ten year old to see it. My expectations were low. I remember transformer cartoons that I used to watch and this movie really impressed me. I did read the parental warning, so I was expecting language, etc. I did have to explain the drug reference to my son - not one of my favorite things to do. I do think the movie would have been just as good with less foul language, without the drug reference and without all of the adult innuendoes. I thought the action and effects were great.

My boys are true fanatics about Transformers and I enjoyed the first movie as well as this one. There is no need to "over analyze" what we know to be "fluff entertainment" in the first place, but I did have a few concerns. The PG-13 rating pushes the limits regarding language...and there is a lot of foul language for the target audience of well, kids ages 8-18, so beware. Also, there were two characters who looked more like racial sterotypes than robots; but that is perhaps just my opinion. Overall, Michael Bay made a good movie that could be "tweaked' here and there.

I was a little apprehensive after seeing some reviews rating it low. Boy did the critics get it wrong. This movie was awesome. It was action packed and the effects were thrilling. The dialogue was probably even funnier than in the first one. Will definitely see this one again in the theaters. Can't wait for the next one.

Transformers 2 was one the most amazing movies I've ever seen. Michael bay did a really great job with this one, it's even better than the first one. Shia Labeouf did a great job as well as the other many actors. It had action all throughout the movie and had a lot of comedy too. Very great movie. Five stars from me.

The transformer II movie was execellent. Action packed, exciting, well thought out. But some of the cursing could have been left out. Shocked me and my wife while we watched with our kids.
They could also have made Devastator look more like devastator inn the cartoons.
I would love to see a part III, but hope fully I could be in it, and play like lets say a Dino Bot or Aereil Bots, and hope fully they will have an episode with Unicron. I can go on for days . Transformers thats all I did as a kid.

This was an awesome movie once the storyline was established it really kicked off, but I would not reccomend bringing young kids which is a disapointment to all the kids that loved the first one. It was a great movie but too much swearing and innuendos. I am young and I could have done without all of the innappropriate comments. Other then that the movie was awesome, awesome action scenes, and pulls together the storyline from the first one!

Non-stop action, great new characters, great old characters. Great effects, funny, entertaining and exciting. Well done, good story. Love the parents. My 8 year old loved the twin robots. First sequel in a long time to hold up to the first. Can't wait till 3 comes out.

I took my 8 year old Nephew to see this on the Ultra Screen and we both LOVED it. It was a perfect balance of action and humor and suspense, it made a 30 year old and an 8 year old laugh. Can't wait to buy it.

Action from start to finish. This movie really lived up the hype. Not sure why Ms. Foxy's lips were so extra plump and shiny, or why she was the only person in the battle that didn't get any dirt on herself though ( seriously. girlie didn't even smudge her mascara !!! )... But, great movie all around.

I was a fan of the original cartoon series and 1986 cartoon movie and I have to say that I loved this movie. Even better than the first. I took my son to see it and he didn't take his eyes off the screen the whole time. We were hooked the moment it started. A little too much profanity but other than that great. We will definitly be seeing it again and buying it when it comes out on DVD. My question is when is part three coming out? We can't wait.
