This movie is great for the whole family. Especially for animal lovers, take some kleenex though for a few tear jerker moments. I can't wait to see it again and buy it on DVD

Fun movie. Not bad, but not great. Nothing new in terms of kids movies (standard theme, standard comedic interaction, predictable outcome), but the standard stuff was still fun.

I took three 10 year old dog loving girls to see this tonight! They loved it and we all laughed out loud at parts. There are a few parts that are sad but for the most part this is a very cute family fun movie. This is one you can take the whole family to!

I took my four year old to this movie and loved it! It was a bit of a reach plot wise...but you have to remember that this is a kid's movie. At times I found myself so into the movie I forgot that point. The dogs are very well trained, the both the dogs and kids are cute as buttons, and the acting is well done. Don Cheadle comes across as a nice guy very easily, and of course we all hate the dog catchers! The root of the plot is really about family - and the sacrifices made to stay a family. I recommend this for any child - or adult dog lover for that matter.

I thought the movie was very well done with families in mind. It was extremely entertaining (especially to the pair of 2nd graders that accompanied me). It had some minor bathroom humor but it wasn't overdone. I even had a couple of "laugh out loud moments". Definite 2 thumbs up for good family fun.
