I took my four year old to this movie and loved it! It was a bit of a reach plot wise...but you have to remember that this is a kid's movie. At times I found myself so into the movie I forgot that point.
The dogs are very well trained, the both the dogs and kids are cute as buttons, and the acting is well done.
Don Cheadle comes across as a nice guy very easily, and of course we all hate the dog catchers! The root of the plot is really about family - and the sacrifices made to stay a family.
I recommend this for any child - or adult dog lover for that matter.
