Forget Sarah Marshall but not this film. It's a delight from start to finish. Ok, some nudity, but it adds to the plot. The characters are well developed, the story is fun and interesting just a great movie experience. Funny and touching at the same time. Good actors, almost perfect casting, the only weakness was Kristen Bell and she was ok, just not up to the rest of the film. Highly recommended.

This movie was slow enough to become tedious. It strains for humor. I have seen several movies now from the Jude Apatow stable, and in all of them a beautiful woman (or more than one) falls for a nebbish-y guy. OK, that happens sometimes, but not this often. This formula isn't going to succeed too much longer. And I'd like a little more depth in my movies, thank you.

Leave the kids at home when they say nudity they are not joking; tts my favorite part in the movie though. The first 5 min of the movie set the stage for the rest of the movie and it doesn't drag like other movies do. Oh yeah and don't bring the in-laws either leave them at home with the kids :)

very good movie but do agree with some of the other reviewers to much male nudity. To me male nudity isnt really funny but kinda nasty especially since I am a guy. Other than that the movie is good had me laughing though out the movie. Its worth going to watch in theatres this would also be very good movie to bring girl/ guy too for a date.

I liked that the movie didn't always do what you might expect, and didn't make any of the characters out to be completely right or wrong. Jason Segel was fun and pathetic, and the failed relationship between he and Kristen Bell was believable and three-dimensional. The ending was a bit weak, but the rest was enjoyable.

The movie was such a ray of light right after my break up of 2.5 years. I was dumped at the hospital, and yes in a naked state.
While some of it is to the extreme it really does in a real but with humor way show how and the whys it works the way it does.
I thought the cast was funny and well played.
I WOULD NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TAKE ANY CHILDREN TO THE MOVIE.

We have to look at Jason Segal's "thing" several times, and for guys that's pretty disgusting. Even worse we have to edure an estimated 90 minutes of his sappy crying and whining, and that gets OLD FAST. Other male actors in this film have have feminine tendencies but are casted erroneously in "stud" types of roles. What's wrong with this picture? The two main women in the film (Kristen Bell and Mila Kunis) are HOT, but guys, you won't get to see as much of them as your wives and dates will see of Jason Segal. Overall, a sappy story with horrible acting and terrible casting. I gave it two stars out of five because I enjoyed looking at Kristen Bell and Mila Kunis, and the popcorn was great.

Although this movie has some genuine moments of hilarity and the individual performances by the leads and supporting cast are genuine and charming, the movie suffers from story structure and feels more like a series of sketches that were pieced together in order to tell a whole story, so like the heart in the poster the movie is a collage of funny moments which some time come together but often fall apart.
The story is predictable, some scenes belong in an improv class, and some of the improvisations are obvious... it looks like the editor fell in love with the comedy and forgot about the story.
I did get a good laugh out of it though.

I have to say this was one of the best comedy movie i have not seen in years... My husband and loved it we laughed like we haven't done. I recommend to anyone but children to go see this movie.

This movie had its moments but mostly it was slow and much too long. Disappointing after the movie 'Knocked Up' which was hilarious.

Was funny enough with some good gimmicks, but got really slow and touchy-feely at the end. Characters weren't horribly memorable, but Jonah Hill was hilarious.
