I love Indiana Jones movies and I know all the movies have their supernatural/unusual themes and happenings. But I could have done without this one happening in particular. I don't know. It was good and it stuck to the archeology side of Doc Jones pretty well but It seemed way too sci-fi for me. And I like sci-fi but just not in Indiana Jones... I enjoyed the movie over all though.

I try not to get my hopes up too high for a movie like this one... the last in a series I've loved since childhood. The movie did not disappoint and was full of nostalgia... it's fun for fans to catch all of the throwbacks to the previous three movies. It is obvious the creative team wanted each action scene in the Crystal Skull to re-live and trump the action scenes from each of the previous 3 movies, and that they did! I would not recommend this movie to non-Indy movie fans though. You have to take Crystal Skull for what it is, and let yourself get caught up in the 'spirit' of the movie, not the credibility of the plot. And you have to already know the characters of Indy and Marian to fully enjoy the story. Luckily, most of us do love Indy and know him well, so enjoy!!!

I have read many reviews which talk about a plotline that doesn't hold together or unbelievable stunts. In my opinion -- the Idiana Jones franchise is about these very things! It is escapism in its truest sense, and it;'s a blast to sit back and let it wash over you. is it as good as the first? No. Is is better than the second? Absolutley! In fact, it would be on par with the third if they could have lured Sean Connery back. IF you have the trilogy on VHS and DVD, and have watched those movies recently -- this is not that much different -- which is the point. IF you loved Indy then, you'll still like him after this movie!

A long wait, but this one had all the action we've come to expect, as well as nods to our favorite parts of Indy's past. After plots that centered on the Mideast and Asia (with some Europe), we finally have the adventure that was waiting for Indy in South America. I was very pleased with the story line of this movie. There is a legend about crystal skulls and I was happy to see this legend wasincorporated into the Indiana Jones adventure story. I was captivated by the special effects and the forward momentum of another adventure featuring professor Jones along with former adventuress Marian. Although Indiana Jones is older and very much wiser, he is still very much the hero in this epic, action packed story.

If you don't like or get the spirit of the first 3 movies, don't bother going to this one. If you did like the first 3, you'll enjoy this one, too. You'll watch it more than once, just like the others and it will be worth it just for the fun of seeing the man and the hat in action again. What's different here is that Speilburg loses his momentum and Lucas uses effects you've seen before. But the setup is good for the films to follow.

I was pleased with the new Indiana movie. It was no Raiders or Last Crusade but definitely worth seeing for Indiana fans. They stayed true to the time line and it was very Indiana like. Stunts were a little unbelievable but overall it was a good movie worth watching.

I thought it followed the "feel" of the other Indiana Jones movies. Plus, it looks like a good hand-off for future Indy movies with Shia.

It was so worth the wait. I highly recommend this movie to Indy Jones lovers, Karen Allen looks wonderful, Cate Blanchett a great villain, and Shia LaBeouf shows great promise to be the next Indy, if they go for the fourth one. Of course, Harrison Ford still has it, THE BEST EVER. Loved the movie, 2 hours that flew by. HIGHLY enjoyable.

Great fun! Harrison still perfect as Indiana Jones (IMHO Jones is the best Mythic Hero of modern invention). Films pace is non stop action. Story line may be the furthest out of the four films( won't spoil it). Only criticism is that CGI is being used more than ever for special effects. There are still plenty of low tech effects though that are well done. Great Stunts! Bottom line, if you are a Indiana Jones fan you'll love it! If not you may still enjoy it anyway.
