This is one movie that seems to be best viewed with little to no expectations. As usual with the Indiana Jones films the scenery and locales are breathtaking. However where as the past movies all featured actual stunt work this one relied a bit too heavily on CGI (see the Tarzan scene and you will know what I mean.) Overall a fun summer movie. Ranks just above Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.

The story is at times a bit too over the top, but it's all quite incidental really. It was wonderful to see Indy back in action, and Shia LaBeouf is a quickly rising star, this was my favorite performance of his. The style hasn't changed one bit from the other films, so when you sit down to enjoy the film, it's as if you never left Indy's world.

If you are a fan of the genre, you will love this movie. The chemistry is amazing on the screen between Harrison, Karen, Shia, and Kate. Great story with all the Indiana Jones perks. The movie was somewhat entertaining. Some of the special effects were to similar to scenes from other movies in this genre. The plot was to farfetched. It was nice to see Harrison back in this role but it seems Lucas films is on a pattern of demolishing previously good series by stretching the imagination to "ridiculousville."

This was a very good movie overall. Great action and the infamous Indiana Jones creepiness and surprises. Only negatives were - a little too much cheesiness and things were not as well explained as in the first movies, but it wasn't hard to follow.

First of all, I love the review of "unbelivable stunts" um, it's called suspension of disbelief - movies are a lot more fun once you accept that.
Great movie - a few slow parts - but it was enough to keep my 6 yr old entertained for 2 hrs. Only a few rough spots for a 6 yr old - the blow dart scene and the ant attack scene.
A lot of great references to past movies and even one to Star Wars - action scenes were true to the Indiana Jones lore .
