A lot of places this can go given the ending. Demo of special effects strong and story line easy to follow. Overall a pretty good movie, but a bit long.

godbless heath ledger for putting on a fantastic preformance. "Dark Knight" had more action and obstacles going on then "Begins". Really left me on the edge. i can't imagine how the next one will top this.

'The Dark Knight' will undoubtedly be the summer blockbuster to beat but no film could ever live up to the marketing blitzkrieg generated before Christian Bale's second outing as the Cape Crusader. Moreover, many of the reviews presented before opening day painted 'The Dark Knight' as a deeply psychological thriller similar to films like 'Seven' and 'The Usual Suspects.' I humbly disagree. 'The Dark Knight' has more in common with 'Wanted' than 'The Silence of the Lambs.' Perhaps if we had spent more time with Gotham's Clown Prince of Crime. Sadly, we all know that we will never get another moment with Heath Ledger’s psychotic other side on the silver screen.

The Dark Knight was a fantastic film and should be seen by everyone. Although Christian Bale was the lead (batman), Heath Ledger stole the show with an amazing performance as the Joker. Aaron Echkart, Morgan Freedman, and Gary Oldman were all perfect matches for the part. Again a must see movie and will win Best Movie of the Year at the Academy Awards!

I don't know if this movie could have been made any better. Heath Ledger played the role of the Joker perfectly, and watching the movie made me even more sad that he is no longer with us. If there are batman movies to come, they simply will not be the same without him in them. That aside, The Dark Knight is quite possibly the best movie I have ever seen. Most Definitely not your typical predictable Hollywood movie.

Great movie with a great cast. The role of the Joker was played flawlessly by Heath Ledger, the only thing i disliked about the character was the voice was obviously not produced by his vocal cords with out some editing.

This movie is worth the hype, worth the wait, worth the money you shelve out to see it in theatres. It is fast paced, well written, beautifully directed, dark, deep, and the acting is superb. Most notably for me, is how seamless the score is in the movie. It fits perfectly in every way and makes the movie flow. This is definitely a do not miss movie for summer 2008.

Heath Ledger was amazing! He did a fantastic job as the joker. He will be remembered as the Joker forever. The movie was excellent overall I loved the action and the story line. On Ledger again, the Joker is creepy in a way that you love he can make you laugh and Ledger really knows how to make the Joker come to life that no one else has before!
I LOVED IT! and I would most definitely go see it again!

I thought this was one of the greatest movies ever because it had a lot of humor in it. christian Bale hit the secret character that Batman needed and Heath Ledger was fit for the role because he hit everything perfectly, he made it sadistic but hilarious at the same time, I didn't know that two face was going to be in this movie, I think the only disappointment I had was that two face died so fast and how they didn't use him to go into another movie for Batman. Overall...great movie.

This movie was one of the best action/thrillers I have seen in a long time. Heath delivers a startling portrayal of "Joker", the newest and badest villian in Gotham.
With twists and turns, and a clear motive for both the hero and villiain, it keeps you hanging onto the edge.
It's not one of those sequels you have to see the prequel to understand, either (which I expected it to be).
It is a shame the young actor, Heath Ledger, died so suddenly in the makings of "The Dark Knight" because this movie would have been a SURE success for establishing Heath's diversity as an actor.
