The Joker says it all, the special effects are great, Batman's charecter has great depth and it is just a movie worth seeing. My younger kid's want to see it, so we're waiting for DVD so we can edit and they can see they good stuff. Can't wait to see it again.

I've been a fan of the old school Batman. The one who's good, but not too good. This Batman brings that back. Heath Ledger gives a stunningly brilliant performance as the Joker, the perfect foil for Batman, pushing him to the edge. The action in this is fantastic, and even though the movie is a bit long at 2 1/2 hours, you won't even notice. Definitely the MUST SEE movie of the year!

This was an excellent sequel to a very good rendering of the Batman legacy! I was afraid that it might be over anticipated and overrated because of the death of Heath Ledger and the expectations the first movie set! However, this far surpassed my hopes and of course Heath rocked the movie with his stunning and haunting rendition of the Joker. I have always thought of the Joker as the joke villain, the silly piddling, conniving child of the Batman villains, Ledger changed all that. I truly believed his chaos theory and I enjoyed the villain almost more than the heroes I was rooting for! However, Ledgers' performance was not the only wonderful thing about this movie, other things great plot and theme, good music, epic action scenes and a great cast of characters that the audience really care about! What more can I say! Great movie, great acting, willing to see again in the theatres!!!!!

This was a great film! It is one of the best films I have ever seen. I would like to offer kudos to Heath Ledger, not because he is no longer with us, either. His performance was stellar! His interpretation of the Joker character was superb and yes, he would have gotten an Oscar for this performance, and still will, posthumously!
My wife gets up to go to the bathroom or get snacks in every single movie she has ever been to, until this one. She does not like this type of film, but endures them for me, but loved every second of this film and wants to see it again! She never does that either...
Go see this one! It is really great in every aspect! Not campy, not overacted, not done with too many special effects. Just, right.

The movie was worth seeing, mainly because of the Oscar-worthy performance by Heath Ledger, as the joker. Otherwise, the movie was too long and dragged on for a while. It was hard to understand Batman's voice some of the time. There was lots of action, but sometimes the violence seemed repetitive. I would give it a mild recommendation.

This was the Best Batman movie ever. Heath Ledger should definitely get an Oscar for his role as The Joker! All the performances in this movie were excellent and will definitely not disappoint. The movie came out everywhere on Friday and I have seen it twice already! Chris and Jon Nolan did a marvelous job on the script. It was very well written and put together. I have not one bad thing to say about this movie. If you haven't seen it go see it... It is well worth the time and money!!

This was a good movie but for me it just was not in my interest. I do recommend this movie to those who do like action packed movies with twists and surprises. But I do recommend that you pay close attention to details and what the characters say to each other. For me I just could not get into the movie because it was not my cup of tea.

WOW - Excellent movie all around. No actor I would have replaced. Heath's performance is a little unsettling and not for the weak of heart. The story follows the Frank Miller time period when Batman was a little darker.

i will personally recommend this movie, full of artistic work, very classy and very entertaining. we waited in line for 45 minutes but i tell yah, its worth it. astounding sounds, high performance, excellent graphics and "JOKER" played its role 'JOKER', made us laugh from time to time. don't miss this one everybody, GO WATCH "THE DARKNIGHT" , it's one of the BEST !!!

I had high hopes for this movie after seeing "Batman Begins," and I was not disappointed at all. Nolan did an excellent job developing the characters, moving the story line along, but, most importantly, proving that the line between good and evil is sometimes almost indistinguishable.
Heath Ledger stole the movie, with his maniacal Joker, but Christian Bale and Aaron Eckhart also gave stellar performances. The action sequences were amazing, and the music in the movie really added a lot to the mood.
I'd have to say my favorite aspect of the movie is Nolan's commentary on society--are we innately good or evil? Given the choice, will humans help or hurt others? I think this movie answers that very complicated question.
Oh, and just to be fair, I saw the movie twice theis weekend and liked it better the second time. Wow. What an amazing movie.
