So much plot. Surprises around every corner. An intense thrill ride the whole way through. The joker was so brutal. You weren't sure what he would do next or how far he would push things. Harvey Dent was such a tragedy. You really felt sorry for him. This was a tremendous movie.

The promotion of this movie killed it. It didn't live up to the hype. It was good, but it wasn't great. Batman begins was great. As a matter of fact this one only surpasses Batman & Robin on the scale of Batman movies. Heath Ledger pulls of his role as a maniacally, demented joker but that's about it. There was not enough Batman for this to be a batman movie. Maggie Gyllenhal is a better actress than Katie Holmes, but not cute enough to play oposite the playboy Bruce Wayne portrayed by pretty bou Christian Bale. I expected to walk out of the theatre dying for the next chapter, but I could care less at this point. And seriously, can we do away with the gruff and over computerized batman voice!

Good god this movie rocked. It was a none stop thrill ride. As the movie went on it just kept picking up speed and intensity, until you didn't know where when it would stop. If you haven't seen it yet, DO! If you have seen it, SEE IT AGAIN! This is one of those movies you can watch more then once because as I said it is a none stop thrill ride.

I was curious to see if this movie was going to live up to all the hype. WOW Everything was done to perfection on this one. Each and every actor had their best foot forward in this picture. Heath Ledger takes the cake though. He was a pure genius in this role. I can't remember the last time I have seen acting of such excellence! Bravo Bravo Bravo

The best "Batman" yet. The highest compliment I can pay to an actor is to say I've forgotten it's him playing the part, and that's certainly the case with Heath Ledger's Joker. The action sequences are outstanding and look real, not CGI'd, and it's a compelling storyline.

Definitely not a movie for young children to see. Even scared me, a 48 year old woman. It kind of took that original Batman image away and disappointed me on that front. I don't understand why everything has to be so violent these days, then they wonder why the children out there are the way they are today when this is all they have to go see..

Loved it, Ledger did a great job as the Joker. Yes it was a little violent, but there was not blood spurting out everywhere and there was hardly any cussing. The grosses on this movie should show Hollywood that people will pay to see movies without F*&% you being every other word!

An excellent movie. A must see. There were just a few things I would change. Christian Bale is an excellent actor and I know Ledger has the better material to work with here, but he completely eclipses Bale's performance and makes him look just soso. Eckhart was the suprise I didn't know about. Did have alot of climaxes at the end which ran very close to being too much. As action movies go, this is going to be one of the greats.

No levity here... this was dark. Heath played an incredible role. Some of the bike stunts were a bit much - but overall a great view.
There was no skimping on the content - it could have ended several times but the plot kept coming. Action packed - certainly not a "sleeper"....

The darkest of the series so far. Can't wait to see it again. One of Heath's best performances, such a shame we will not get to see him again. Eckhart does a better job or playing Harvey Dent/Two Face than Tommy Lee Jones. Christian Bale still the only actor besides Michael Keaton that can pull off Batman. Am so pleased that Christopher Nolan was able to bring Batman back to the caliber it should be.
