Resurrection of A Classic Series

The Dark Knight was fantastic. If you are a Batman fan you will be floored. Even if you're not a Batman fan after watching the Dark Knight you just might be recruited. It took the Batman series to another level entirely. You got to see the vulnerablility and turmoil that Batman struggled with as well as the heroic steps and sacrifices he made to protect Gotham City. You can relate with him as a man and sense the realism in his super hero aspect. The Joker was off the chain. Heath Ledger did the Joker justice. I don't know how we'll replace him. Dent was very believable as the vigilanty and as the villian. Michael Caine was wonderful as Alfred the Butler and Morgan Freeman did an excellent job as the head of Wayne Enterprises and Wayne's friend and confidant. This movie was action packed from the opening scene. You will not be bored by any stretch of the imagination. Batman fans......you are in for a treat. I can't wait for the rest of the series and the re-introduction of the other Gotham City Villians.
