Good if you have read the book.

The story was disjointed. You could keep up if you had read the book so you could fill in the pieces. The romance was emphasized this time but even that was subtle between Harry and Ginny. Special effects were good and overall I enjoyed the movie. Alot of action left out of the final scenes. Alot of build up for the final episode.

I found the story engaging and interesting as told through diaries and other memorabilia of the characters. I also found it told a story of diversity and tolerance, not only racial, but of the aging. Well done!

Fun and entertaining.

I've seen the stage show which I found much better. The movie was fun, however, some the characters were a little miss-cast. Loved M Streep as the mom, but C Baranski was a little flat and P Brosnan, although he made a commendable attempt, is not a singer. All in all , a fun! fun! film.

Great special effects and fun action. Very little content. For an extra 20 minutes, they could have added an educational side but they chose only the entertainment value.
