Quite a thrill ride

The world James Cameron and his writers created lives within a category of it's own. They seemed to have pulled influences from many past sci fi flicks and built their own dimension. The plot altho simple and done many times in the past is executed flawlessly. The scenery and costumes only add to the overall movie. Definitely a feast for the eyes in 3d. I felt pulled on both sides continually...on one side you have resources and societal progression, on the other hand you have a genuine sense of awareness of being a member of this world. In the end movies like this remind us how delicately we must approach and balance issues such as conservation and tribal/ethnic/racial differences
Yes, I recommend this movie.
