Not Bad But...

...listening to Pierce Brosnan sing is downright painful - he even looks like he's in pain - yikes! I do have to give the guy credit - he tried really, really... really hard. That said, the movie was pretty good - not on par with Chicago or Moulin Rouge but it is fun and totally cheesy so if you go in with a lighthearted attitude (and a few drinks) you'll laugh a lot and enjoy yourself. I thought Meryl Streep did great and the gals who played her friends stole the show. Also the girl who played the daughter is a fabulous actor with a beautiful voice.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
