Our group of regular moviegoers all enjoyed the experience. Fans of the comic were most pleased, while non-readers were somewhat dissatisfied with the ending, not understanding the inherent darkness of the books. Heath Ledger was as excellent as had been forecast, and Aaron Eckhart did a sensational turn as well. IMAX experience was worth the extra money, with two out of seven planning to pay the extra to see it in IMAX again.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
