Samuel L Jackson can make any movie look good, whether he is the villain or the hero and Lakeview Terrace was really really good. It's the kind of movie that makes you hate the bad guy and the good guy as well and that is usually hard to accomplish. The acting was stellar, the plot was solid and the suspense was high. All in all a must see for. I also noticed that Will Smith was a producer? Go figure!
Pacino and De Niro are legends in their own right and the two of them together could sell any movie. That being said, righteous kill was missing something. There was nothing unique about the script and the plot was luke warm at most. Pacino and De Niro gave stunning performances though and that made up for the lack of depth of the movie. It was overall a decent watch.
Don Cheadle has always been a good actor and he chooses good scripts, Traitor was no different. The story has an excellent plot, great acting and heart stopping suspense. It delves into very important issues mainly being that not everyone who prays to Allah is a terrorist. It is the movie event of the summer and is deserving of an Oscar. Don Cheadle rocks.
I have the utmost respect for Vin Diesel and Michelle Yeow but for the love of god!!! The plot was so poor that i wonder why these guys took on the script. The action was ok but the story went nowhere and the ending was cheesy. I just hope Vin's and Michelle's next movie is not as hopeless.
The movie was filled with action from start to finish. It kept me on the edge of my seat and that is hard to do. The plot was straight forward and it doesn't hurt that you got to see jason statham naked..It is a must see.
The movie had tons of scary scenes and had even me jumping in my seat a couple of times but thats all it was, scary. The plot totally sucked. It made no sense and left me wondering what the hey......If you want a good scare though, do go see.
This movie while as entertaining as the other installments was lacking in something else. This mummy was not at all as intriguing and mythical as the previous mumm(ies) were. The chemistry between the cast seemed strained/unnatural and the script was very poor, Rachel or no Rachel Weisz, that movie had no coming back from the catacombs.
