I enjoyed the movie tremendously, but I am a "die-hard" X Files fan. I enjoyed the fact that Chris Carter finally made the relationship between Mulder and Scully more of a tangible thing. Fans waited for that and wanted that. However, I have to agree with other reviews I have read that this seemed more like an "appetizer". We wanted and still want MORE! We want more of the original theme that played under the series in its entirety. We want more answers to more questions. We want to see more of the plot unfold.... Come on, Chris, you can do better than this one (even though it was good), and your fans want better and more.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
