Underwhelming...

As a die-hard X-Phile, I wanted so much to believe...
This movie was incredibly slow and had nothing to do with the supernatural...much less aliens or even government conspiracies. For me, the highlight was seeing Skinner, especially since all the interesting characters (ie. Krycek, the Lone Gunmen, the Smoking Man, etc...) are all dead. After waiting so many years for this movie, I left the theater rather depressed.
