Excellent movie! My 12-year-old read the first book and is half-way through the second. My 10-year-old came too, and did start fidgeting through "all the talking," but what a great show. Really great action and effects scenes. Stayed very true to the book. We are looking forward to the next one.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
