Being a true X-fileophile I did find the movie overall good, AND yet a disappointment since it was so far from what I expected and wanted.
Likes were - Scully's and Mulder's still intense professional/personal relationship; the appearance of old friend Skinner; the side story of Scully's young patient and her desire to "believe"; Father Joe.
Dislikes were - no government conspiracies; no aliens. This made the movie just another psych murder story - not a X-files. Makes me hunger for another X-files project SOON hopefully to take us back to "The truth is out there!"
