Dark and appropriately Complex

They got it SO right. This is the darkest and most complex of the series so far. Yates manages to capture the turmoil of Harry, Ron and Hermione as they test out their powers and their identities outside Hogwarts at least as well as Rowling did in the book. The way Voldemort is presented is both terrifying and understated; evil is no longer a smoky black mystery, it is a pale, ever-present reality. My favorite film of the series so far by leaps and bounds.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
