What can I say... Christopher Nolan' s vision of Batman is tremendous, and his far surpasses the prior versions in my estimation. The film grips you from the opening thundering bass tones to Gordon's final tribute to "The Dark Knight". The score is amazing, the action sequences are some of the best I've ever seen, and Ledger's portrayal of The Joker is second to none. It will be difficult to not go back and see this movie on a weekly basis, if nothing else, to appreciate all the nuances I didn't catch the first time. Kudos to Nolan and his stellar cast.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
