The Dark Knight was easily one of the best movies I've ever seen. The hype surrounding it was at such a high level that there was no way it could flop. Heath Ledger put on the performance of his career, it's a shame that he had to die shortly after. The joker that he created kept me on the edge of my seat waiting for what he would do next but kept me laughing with his dark jokes. Even if you know the story already The Dark Knight will still have you sitting there for the whole two and a half hours not knowing what to expect next. Nolan is a brilliant director and I can't wait to see what he does with the next part of the series.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
