An unsatisfying waste of time

An unsympathetic, unlikeable lead character, painfully slow pacing, and a completely unsatisying ending. Despite a few entertaining supporting characters, and the fact that this movie addresses some huge thought-provoking, existential themes, I found myself more annoyed by this movie than entertained. If I was watching this at home, I definitely would have been fast-forwarding through most of it. Yes, I understood what it was supposed to be about, and yes, as a Jew I could relate to a lot of it, but it could have been -- and should have been -- a much better movie. I think non-Jews will really hate this movie even more than I did. Don't bother.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
