The Dark Let Down

Maybe it was all the hype, but I was disapointed. The movie seemed to rely too heavily on all the special effects in an effort to distract from a weak story line. I also found it a bit fragmented, with scenes that seemed to have no purpose. The performances were mostly above average, but I wonder if a living Heath Ledger would be receiving the same recognition as he is posthumously. Christain Bale over-acted and I felt he lost some of the character that he played so well in the previous film.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
