The action never lets up!

Begins with a car chase sequence that would feel comfortable at the end of other, lesser films. Takes the Bourne language of action films and applies liberally to the Bond franchise. Roger Moore style puns, Connery sexism, a great couple of Bond girls, and a gruesome death for the villain. Kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time. Can't wait for the next chapter!

Just another guy in a cape...

I can't really believe I'm saying this... but I thought it was just kinda so-so. I love all comic-book movies but at one point I found myself watching a guy with a very deep voice running around in a black cape. Heath Ledger was great, very funny, but he is playing The Joker, I would expect anyone to be funny in the role... nothing spectacular here... it looked like an actor that needed to get some more sleep. 4 out of 5 stars is all I can give it. Hellboy II was a much better film!!!
