The Dark Knight delivered on all its pre-release hype. I thoroughly enjoyed it and was riveted in my seat from the opening to the closing credits.
Heath Ledger gave an Oscar nominating performance as "The Joker". What a loss to the movie world with his untimely death.
He gave one of the all-time great, truly evil character performances. It was in keeping with the dark nature of these last two Batman movies.
The rest of the star-studded cast gave outstanding performances as well. The plot kept you going, and going.
