Good not great!

I originally left slightly disappointed because I went in with very high expectations. The movie didn't live up to those. It did however keep my interest throughout. All of the characters were well written and Johnny Depp was in true form. The visuals were stunning and the 3D Imax experience was awesome. I loved the costumes. Overall the story line was good and I did enjoy myself.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
