This was a decent movie. The special effects were great, even though it seemed quite outrageous. Storyline was decent if you hadn't read the book as they did not follow along the book much at all. Overall, it was okay.

I went into viewing the movie kind of skeptical. Not fully keen to the trailers. But having read, and enjoyed the books I had to see the movie. It was a well done movie that surprisingly stuck to many of the main points in the book. (kudos for that at least) Though my biggest complaint is that, to me, the movie focused more on the vampire thing and the vampyric 'issues'. I believed the story was to be more directed to the relationship between Bella and Edward. I was disappointed in the lack of further development on that aspect. Make-up seemed a bit over done on a few of the actors, but that's getting nitpicky. All in all, it was a good movie. I'd say that those who haven't read the books, probably enjoyed it more.
