In the current cinematic world from having seen the various comic movie adaptations. I've gotten used to the creative take on everything Hollywood does. That being said this movie was very good; several plot twists which was nice and very believable action and storyline.
The combat was great and it gave a good amount of time to background flashbacks.

The only hiccup in storyline I found which was (easily) over written was that Sabertooth(Victor) in the books Wolverine Origin was not his brother, but he could easily have been mistaken for. the movie in general though great story and action.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
