Talk of Heath Ledger's performance being Oscar-worthy shouldn't be just hype because of his death. He was phenomenal as the Joker, so much better than Jack Nicholson's portrayal in that cheap Batman movie with Michael Keaton. None of the movies from that franchise series was all that great, but Batman Begins and The Dark Knight are kick-butt movies with great story lines. I just wished that Two-Face could have stuck around for another Batman movie with Christian Bale. I would have loved to see that character develop. Three great, dark characters in the likes of Batman, the Joker and Two-face. All in all, a great movie worth seeing again.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
